  • 简介:本文尝试以大葱(长葱白品种)为实验材料,探讨其作为观察叶绿体、线粒体材料可行性.结果表明:大葱葱叶可用于观察叶绿体,鳞茎鳞片叶可用于线粒体观察,且具有实验材料供应充足、撕取表皮操作难度低、观察效果好等优点.因此大葱也是观察叶绿体和线粒体理想材料.

  • 简介:建立了非线性热力学模型,定性分析了外加应力和外加温度对外延生长在正交基底上Pb(Zr1-xTix)O3(PZT)薄膜相变影响。在外力场下,固定其中个方向失配应变e1=0.005,模拟得到了不同组分PZT薄膜失配应变外加应力相图。研究发现,随着Ti组分减少,出现了新相正交a1c相和四方相a1相,且新相区域也会随Ti组分不同而变化。在外加拉应力下,c相薄膜较易出现相,而在外加压应力下薄膜易处于a1a2相。在不同温度场下,模拟非等轴失配应变PZT薄膜得到不同组分PZT薄膜失配应变外加温度相图。当组分x≤0.7时,相图中出现了正交a1c相,由于非等轴失配应变存在,使得从顺电相向r相发生相变过程中,多出了正交a1a2相;同时另四方a1相也出现在沿失配应变正方向e2被拉伸区域。随着Ti组分增加,单斜r相面积缩小且位置下移。之前存在四相点也变为了三相点,而正交相a1a2相则向相图中心位置移动。模拟结果对研究外场下铁电薄膜微器件性能变化具有指导意义。

  • 简介:给出了种利用BP神经网络从中子活化测量数据中直接求解1MeV等效中子注量新方法。该方法选用了含两层隐藏层BP神经网络,并围绕先验谱建立输入输出集合,对网络进行训练、检验和测试,最终形成含20个BP神经网络网络群。该BP神经网络群可实现在输入测量活化率数据后,直接输出相应1MeV等效中子注量。利用该方法求解了西安脉冲堆大空间中子辐照实验平台内1MeV等效中子注量。与实测中子能谱计算1MeV等效中子注量结果对比,二者偏差小于6.6%。
