简介：SomeAudepositsinsouthernAnhuiProvincehaverecentlybeenfoundtobecloselyassociatedwithLateMesozoicintrusions.TypicalexamplesincludetheHua-shahAu（Sb）depositandAudepositsatZhaojialing,Wuxi,andLiaojia.InordertounderstandthemechanismsthatledtheformationoftheseAudeposits,wemakedetailedreviewsonthegeologicalcharacteristicsoftheseAudeposits.Specifically,wepresentnewLA-ICP-MSzirconU-Pbdating,alongwithelementalandHfisotopicdatafromtheHuashanAu（Sb）deposit.OurdatasuggeststhattheHuashanore-relatedintrusionswereemplacedduringtheLateJurassicandEarlyCretaceousperiods（144-148Ma）.Theyarecharacterizedbyarc-magmafea-turesandhighoxygenfugacityandarerichininheritedzircons.ZirconU-PbagesandLu-HfisotopesfromintrusionssuggestthatProterozoicjuvenilelithosphereisthemainsourceoftheseintrusions.TheregionalgeologicalhistoryimpliesthatlithospherebeneathsouthernAnhuiwasproducedduringaProterozoicsubductionandwasfertilizedwithAu（Cu）intheprocess.Integratedwiththeresultsofpreviousstudies,weinferredthatLateMesozoicintrusionsformedbytheremeltingofthelithospherecouldprovidethemetalendowmentfortheAu-richdepositsinsouthernAnhui.
