简介:骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的临床及细胞形态变化特点,已有不少报道。由于MDS造血形态变化多样且缺乏特异性,特别在RA时,与某些血液病难以区别。我们在实践中发现骨髓红系统的糖元染色(PAS)对本病具有一定意义。现就29例MPS患者骨髓红系统,粒系统和部分巨核系统的PAS染色观察报道如下:1观察对象1.IMDS组四例:男门例,女12例,年龄2一兀岁。按问82FAN协作组制定的标准[11,参考全国第一次血细胞学术交流会议有关加B的一些建议[2],本组29例中RA16例,RASI例、ItM{B9例,RAEB-T3例。l.2对照组:慢性再障31例,男19例,女12例,年龄14-54岁。巨核细胞的反应以
简介:ToexploretheapplicationofNSEintheseruminthediagnosisofthecerebrovasculardisease.MethodsSerumlevelsofNSEfrom195patientswithcerebrovasculardiseaseandnormalcontrolsweredetectedwithELISA.Thebloodsamplesfromthepatientswereacquiredwithin3daysaftertheoutbreakofcerebrovasculardiseaseandtakenagainafter2weeksfrom148ofallcases.TheresultofdetectingofNSEwasanalysedincomparisonwithandthelevelofNSEintheCSF.ResultTherewassignificancedifferencebetweenthelevelofNSEintheserumofpatientwithcerebrovasculardiseasesandthatofnormalcontrolswhentheAnalysisofVariancewasusedtoanalyzethevalueofmeasurement.ThesameoutcomewasalsogotusingANOVAtoanalyzethedifferenttestgroupwiththebloodsampleswereacquiredwithin3days.(F=24.94,P=0.000).Butintheotherhand,therewasnoevidentlydifferentinthedifferentgroupmadeuppatientsifLSDwasputinuseinsteadoftheANOVA.CorelationanalysisofNSEconcentrationwasdonebetweentheinthebloodsamplesin3daysandthose2weekslater(r=0.884,t=37.904,p=0.000),NSEconcentrationinthebloodsamplesandthoseintheCSF(r=0.969,t=8.695,p=0.000),andtheoutcomeshowthattherewasdifferencebetweenthem.ThesamecomparisonbetweenNSEconcentrationwasdonebetweentheinthebloodsamplesin3daysandHeadCT(r=O.857,p=O.000),NerveFunctionDefect(r=0.848,p=0.000).ConcluslonThelevelsofNSEinseraofpatientswitheerebrovasculardiseasewerepositiverelatedwiththedegreeofCerebralinfarctionorvolumeofHematomashownbyHeadCT.Therefore,itwouldcontributetodiagnosisofcerebrovasculardiseaseifthedetectingofNSEwasappliedinclinicallaboratory.
