简介：Purpose:ToobservethetherapeuticeffectofacupuncturecombinedwithtractionandQigongexercisefortreatmentofnerve-roottypecervicalspondylosis.Methods:Atotalof130nerve-roottypecervicalspondylosispatientswererandomlydividedintoacupuncture+traction+Qigong-exercise(ATQE)group(n=59),acupuncture+Qigong-exercise(AQE)group(n=40)andtraction+Qigong-exercise(TQE)group(n=31).MainacupointsusedwereFengchi(GB20)andcervicalJiaji(EX-B2)ontheaffectedside.Results:Afteronemonth'streatment,inATQE,AQEandTQEgroups,43(72.88%),18(45.00%)and12(45.16%)hadremarkableamelioration,14(23.72%),14(35.00%)and10(32.26%)wereeffective,and2(3.39%),8(20.00%)and7(22.58%)hadnoapparentchangeswiththetotaleffectiveratesbeing96.61%,80.00%and77.41%respectively.ThetherapeuticeffectofATQEgroupwassignificantlysuperiortothatofAQEandTQEgroups(P＜0.01).
