简介：Anewcompositedbiomaterial(TGH)waspreparedwithtitaniumpowder,glasspowderandhydroxylapatitepowder,whichweremixedwellatcertainpreparationandweresinteredinhighvacuumandtemperaturecondition.TheTGHmaterialswereusedforexperimentalrepairingjawbonedefect,andinsertedinmandiblesandfemurofnativedogs.Inaddition,theywerecompositedwithbovinebonemorpho-geneticprotein(bBMP)implantedinthesamebone.Theinvestigationwereper-formedbymeansofLM.FM.SEM.EDXA.XRDandmechanicaltestmachine,andthedogsweresacrificedat1,2,4,8,12,16,20weekspostimplantation.Theresults
