简介：【摘要】目的：研究并分析传明酸+维C及向控射频仪抗氧化美白补水功效。方法：将2019年4月~2020年7月我院收治的48例相关患者纳入到临床研究中，将48例患者分治疗组、对照治疗组，针对本组所有患者，均采用向控射频仪的治疗方式，针对合并治疗组，在上述治疗结束后，应用传明酸+维C敷料敷在面部，针对对照治疗组，仅采用冰敷疗法，不做其他处理，实验结束后，对比两组患者50个毛囊中黑色素数量以及皮肤水分含量。结果：合并治疗组在50个毛囊中黑色素数量、皮肤水分含量数据指标上，优于对照治疗组，上述数据组间比较差异显著（p＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：传明酸+维C及向控射频仪在美白、补水上具有一定的功效，但是其应用效果与胶原蛋白活性之间具有一定的梯度联系，胶原蛋白在面部年轻化治疗上，具有良好的发展前景，在下一阶段，需要对其安全性、毒理性进行深入研究。

简介：　　【摘要】 目的：研究分析阴道彩超联合腹部彩超在异位妊娠诊断中的应用效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选择在我院临床诊断为异位妊娠患者 120例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分成两组，观察组使用阴道彩超联合腹部彩超进行检查，对照组单独使用阴道彩超检查，比较两组检查异位妊娠的效果。结果：观察组患者采用阴道彩超联合腹部彩超进行检查， 120例患者中确诊为异位妊娠有 115例，诊断的准确率 95.83%。对照组采用阴道彩超检查， 120例患者中确诊为异位妊娠的患者有 87例，诊断的准确率为 72.5%。观察组与对照组相比较，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。子宫附件区包块、胚芽、胎心、卵黄囊、盆腔积液、子宫腔假孕囊等彩超扫描中，观察组扫描信号阳性率为 95.83% （ 115/120），对照组为 78.33%（ 95/120），观察组与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：阴道彩超联合腹部彩超诊断异位妊娠准确率高，具有较高的临床价值，值得推广应用。  　　【关键词】 异位妊娠； 阴道彩超； 腹部彩超； 应用分析  　　 [Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the application effect of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 120 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected in our hospital. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was examined by vaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound, while the control group was examined by vaginal color Doppler ultrasound alone. Results: in the observation group, 115 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy, and the accuracy rate was 95.83%. In the control group, 87 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy, and the accuracy rate was 72.5%. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The positive rate of scanning signal in the observation group was 95.83% (115 / 120) and that of the control group was 78.33% (95 / 120). The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Transvaginal Color Doppler ultrasound combined with abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has high accuracy and high clinical value, which is worthy of promotion and application.
