简介：摘要目的研究老年呼吸内科感染的因素和防治措施。方法选取我院2013年1月-2014年12月来入院治疗的老年呼吸内科感染的140例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果呼吸系统感染是老年患者感染的主要因素，其相关因素主要有患者的生理因素、心理因素及周围环境因素等。结论老年发生呼吸内科感染机率较一般群体较大，医务人员应重视感染的相关因素，采取有针对性的防治措施对患者进行有效治疗。
