简介：摘要：目的：探讨预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床价值。方法：对在2019年到我院接受诊疗的所有口腔修复患者中，随机选取100例作为此次分析对象，按照不同修复方式分组，其中对照组患者共50例，均接受金属桩修复治疗，试验组共50例，均接受预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩治疗，记录并对比两组患者的临床结果。结果：修复时间、修复成功率以及并发症发生率对比，均有试验组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；对比两组患者对修复的满意度，试验组显著更高（P＜0.05）。结论：预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的应用效果显著，修复时间短，成功率高，同时并发症少，也获得了患者的高度满意，可以作为临床应用推广。

简介：　　【摘要】目的：评价的乳腺癌诊断中，乳腺钼靶 X线片簇状钙化灶的诊断价值。方法：研究时段： 2017年 6月 -2019年 3月，抽取 30例我院收治的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象， 30例患者均于手术病理确诊，均采取乳腺钼靶 X线片簇状钙化灶检查，分析乳腺钼靶 X线片簇状钙化灶在乳腺癌中的诊断价值。结果： 30例患者出现 35处簇状钙化灶，依次处于处上象限 15处、中央区 10处、内上象限 6处、下象限 4处。病灶呈泥沙状 30处，呈颗粒状 5处。微高及等高钙化灶 22处、高密度钙化灶 1.3处，其中分叉状钙化情形 30处，有小杆状钙化情形者 22处。结论：乳腺钼靶 X线片用于乳腺癌簇状钙化灶诊断中，具有显著的诊断效果，可为临床提供相应的诊治依据，值得临床推广应用。  　　【关键词】乳腺癌 ;簇状钙化灶 ;乳腺钼靶 X线片 ;诊断效果  　 [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of cluster calcification on mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: study period: from June 2017 to March 2019, 30 patients with breast cancer in our hospital were selected as the study object, 30 patients were confirmed by operation and pathology, all of them were examined by cluster calcification on mammography, and the diagnostic value of cluster calcification on mammography in breast cancer was analyzed. Results: there were 35 cluster calcifications in 30 patients, 15 in the upper quadrant, 10 in the central region, 6 in the inner upper quadrant and 4 in the lower quadrant. There were 30 lesions in the shape of sediment and 5 lesions in the shape of granule. There were 22 micro high and equal high calcifications and 1.3 high-density calcifications, including 30 bifurcated calcifications and 22 small rod calcifications. Conclusion: mammography has a significant effect in the diagnosis of cluster calcification of breast cancer. It can provide the corresponding diagnosis and treatment basis for the clinic, and is worthy of clinical application.
