简介：由于我国林业行政执法现场勘验检查尚未制订统一的规范和标准，只能采用森林资源调查相关技术规程，而这些规程涉及调查因子繁多、程序复杂，如何应用有关规程组织开展林业行政执法现场勘验检查，已成为困扰林业执法部门的一道难题。本文结合执法实践，对当前常见的征占用林地及盗滥伐林木两类，从现场勘验检查的组织、调查内容、方法、文书制作等方面提出探讨，为规范林业执法实践提供理论参考。
