简介:Threekindsofhigh-aluminarepairingmixesformedium-frequencyinductionfurnacewerepreparedbyrammingmethodwithsodiumsilicate.phosphoricacidandaluminiumdihydrogenphosphateasbinder.respectively.Physicalpropertiesofthespecimensheattreatedatdifferenttemperaturesweretestedandcompared.Theresultsshowthatthespecimenbondedbysodiumsilicatebehavesmuchhigherstrengthafterfiredat1600℃comparedwiththespecimenbondedbyphosphoricacidoraluminiumdihydrogenphosphate.Duetomoreliquidphaseformation,thepropertiesofspecimenbondedbysodiumsilicatearepoorwithalowstrengthandalargevolumeshrinkageathightemperatures.Meanwhile,thespecimensbondedbyphosphoricacidandaluminiumdihydrogenphosphate,respectively.showrelativelyhighstrengthsandslightvolumeexpansionsathightemperaturesbecauseofin-situmulliteformation.
