  • 简介:Thisstudyanalyzesthefactorsofinfluenceon0~#continuouscasterinNo.1SteelmakingPlantofXinjiangBayiIron&SteelCorporation(hereinafterreferredtoasBasteel).Diameteroftundishuppernozzleissmall,andthemoltensteelleakageaccidentshavebeengreatlymanifoldedinthehighcastingspeed.Inordertoincreaseyieldof0~#continuousecasterinNo.1SteelmakingPlantofXinjiangBayiIron&SteelCorporation,andaseriesofameliorationmeasurewasputforward.Throughenlargingdiameteroftundishuppernozzle(fromφ21mmtoφ21.5mm),afterthewaterdistributionofthesecondarycoolingwasoptimized.Basedonstabilizingthequality,improvingtheaveragecastingspeedandworkrateofthecaster,thecapacityofthebilletcontinuouscasterwasimproved.Abetterresultswasgained;theaveragecastingspeedhadbeenincreasedfrom3.04m/minto3.21m/min.Productionofthecasterhadbeenimprovedfrom1005179.926tin2008to1040853.075tin2009.Qualityoftheconcastingbilletsandproductionhadalsobeenstabilized.

  • 简介:Duringtheingotcastingprocess,theparametricchangesofthemoltensteelpouringprocessoftencausebothingotsurfaceandinternalqualitydefects.Withtheincreasinglywideapplicationofcomputersinindustrialtechnology,numericalsimulationsofthemoltensteelpouringprocessenablepredictionsofthedefectsthatwillariseduringthepouringandsolidificationprocess,especiallyforthemoltensteelflowduringtheearlystagesofcasting.Inaddition,usingacomputertosimulatethecastingprocessofa40tingotandsolidificationcanpreventmanydefects.Thesimulationresultsindicatethatcontrollingthepouringspeedtolessthan80kg/s,hangingthecastingpowderinamoldwiththehangingheightmaintainedat100-150mm,andcontrollingthetaperangleofthemoldbrickoutlettoasuitablelevelcanreducetheprobabilityofslagentrapmentandimprovetheinternalandsurfacequalityoftheingot.

  • 简介:BasedonthecharacteristicsofferriticSUS430heatinganddeformation,andcombinedwiththefeaturesofthe1780mmhot-rollingmill,aroughingmodelwasintroducedintwoaspects:optimizingtheroughrollingpassesandimprovingthewidthcontrolprecision.Throughreducingtheroughrollingpasses,theroughrollingtimecanbeshortened,theprecisionrollingstartuptemperaturecanberaisedandtheyieldofthehot-rolledproductscanbeincreased.Moreover,onthepremisethattheslabwidthfluctuationwasgreat,theprecisionofthewidthcontrolcanbeimprovedthroughoptimizingtheparametersofthehot-rollingwidthcontrolmodel.Theresultshowsthattheoptimizationandperfectionoftheoriginalrollingprocessofthestainlesssteel430seriesfurtherimproveditscapacityandproductquality.

  • 简介:Rareearths(REs)areofvitalimportanceforthedevelopmentofnewmaterialsandgreenenergy.Magnesiumbicarbonateisoneofthemostrecyclableandenvironmental-friendlyprecipitantforREsrecoveryfromleachingsolutions.Nd2(CO3)3hasdifficultiesinindustrialproduction.Sointhisstudy,theprecipitationofneodymiumfromchloridesolutionbymagnesiumbicarbonateareinvestigated.Theeffectsoffeedingmethod,[HCO3-]/[Nd3+]moleratio,feedingspeedandreactiontemperatureonyieldandimpurity(magnesia)contentaresystematicallystudied.Resultsshowthattheimpurity(magnesia)contentdecreasesto0.010wt%withayieldapproachingto100%obtainedundertheconditionsof[HCO3-]/[Nd3+]=3.00byparallelflowadditionat50℃.Themajorimpurity(magnesia)inrareearthcarbonatesmainlypresentsintheformofphysicalabsorption,whichcanbeeasilyremovedbyscrubbing.Therefore,itoffersapromisinggreenprocessthatusesmagnesiumbicarbonatetoproduceneodymiumcarbonateduetoitscyclingofcarbondioxide,magnesiumsaltandwastewater.

  • 简介:Baosteeldevelopedadigitalautomaticanalysistechniqueformaceralspecificationin2002.Thisanalysissystemcombinesdigitalimageprocessing,graphics,databases,expertsystems,artificialintelligenceandotheradvancedtechnologies.After6yearsofapplicationincokeproduction,thesystemproveditselfsuccessfulincoalqualitytestingandcoalblendingguidanceonmaceral.However,duringthislongprocess,someinadequacieswerefoundthatimpactedtheprecisionandaccuracyoftheanalysis.So,in2008Baosteelbegantoworkonimprovingthecoalmaceralanalysissystem.Theimprovementsincludedthefollowing:furtherupgradingandenhancingtheanalysisperformanceofmicroscopicimages;extendingthegraylevelstoincreasethereflectancemeasurementaccuracy64times;changingthefocusmethodandeffectivelyeliminatingtheinterferenceofhalo.Inaddition,animprovedimagerecognitionmethodwasadoptedtomaketheextractionofvitrinitemoreaccurateandanewmodelofcoalconstituentalgorithmwasaddedwhichcanaccuratelydeterminethecompositionofmaceral(exinite,vitrinite,inertinite).Sincetheseimprovementswerecompleted,thesystemhasachievedhigherautomation,speedandaccuracy,collectedmoreinformationandperformedmoreaccuratemaceralanalysisforcokeproduction.Meanwhile,theimprovedsystemhasprovidedareliableanalyticalbasisforthefurtherstudyontherelationshipbetweencokequalityandcoalblending.

  • 简介:Furnaceareaisregardedaslooperbetweencastingandhotrolling,whichisveryimportantformaterialflowbalanceandproductionorganizationaswellastemperatureregulationetc.Inparticular,whendealingwithenergysavingandemissionreductionandheatingqualityimproving,pre_heatingfurnaceispaidmoreattention.Theradicaltargetforpreheatingfurnaceistotransferheatingenergyattheleastcost.Asweknow,thepreheatingfurnaceisadissipationsystemtoobeyconservationofenergylaw,thatistosaythatinputenergyalwaysequalstooutputenergy,inthemeantime,thewholeenergyconsumingisnotreversible.Thereforeincreasingtheefficiencyofusingenergyisuppermost.Inthispaper,heatingtransferefficiencyisanalysedandmathematicalexpressionisgivenbasedonconservationofenergylaw.Typicaloptimalmethodstoimprovepreheatingfurnacetransferefficiencycomingfromforeignfactoriesarepresented.Accordingtothesemethods,everyfurnacezonetemperaturesascontrolvariable,targetdischargingtemperatureandtemperaturedifferenceinslabthicknessandthetemperaturebetweenneighbouringzonesaswellaszonetemporarytemperatureasrestrictions,minimalenergyconsumingasoptimizingtarget.Baosteelpreheatingfurnacemodelstructureandthecomplicatedmappingrelationofcontrolparametersetandstatesetandaimsetarepresented.Importantbasicmodelsinthepreheatingfurnacemodelsystemareanalysedincludingtemperaturetrackingmodelandtemperatureforecastingmodelanddischargingpacingmodelandslabheatingcurve.Firstslabtemperaturemodelstructureanditsperiphericparameterareintroduced;secondtwopacingmodelsaregivenincludingtimingpacingmodeusingfixeddischargingintervalandmillpacingcontrolmodeusingmillrollingpacingwhileBaosteelpacingforecastingmodelusinglongtermandshorttermforecastingmode)isgiven;thirdaheatingcurvemathematicalmodelconsideringheatingqualityandrollingpaceandenergyconsumingispresented;

  • 简介:Controlledcoolingtechnologyisgettingmoreandmoreattentionwiththedevelopmentofthermal-mechanicalcontrolprocess.Inthepastdecade,achievingthegivenfinishcoolingtemperaturewasthesolegoalforthetechnology.However,withtheresearchanddevelopmentofnewsteelssuchassuperhighstrengthsteel,researchershaveinrecentyearsrealizedthedeterminateeffectsthatdifferentcoolingpathshaveonthefinishcoolingtemperatureandpaidmoreattentiontothecontrolofthecoolingrate.Thispaperfocusesonnotonlytheoptimizationofthecontrolledcoolingsystemwithhighprecisionandfastcoolingrate,butalsotheresearchanddevelopmentofthehighstrengthsteelplatewithreducedalloyingcomponent.

  • 简介:Amulti-objectiveoptimizationapproachfortherollshiftingstrategyincrossrollingcampaignsofhotstripmillsispresented.Theeffectofdifferentrollshiftingstrategiesonrollwearcontourisstudiedbynumericalsimulation,andtwoevaluationindexes,namelybodysmoothnessandedgesmoothness,areproposed.Theaveragebodysmoothnessandaveragerollingedgesmoothnessofallstripsinarollingcampaignaretakenastheobjectivefunctions,theshiftingpositionsofallwidestripsasthedecisionvariables,andthemulti-objectivemethodofNSGA-Ⅱastheoptimizer.Thusamulti-objectiveoptimizationmodelfortherollshiftingstrategyisbuilt.Thesimulationresultsshowthatworkrollshiftingcanmakewearcontoursmooth,andadish-shapedwearcontourwithoutseverelocalwearcanbeachievedbytherollshiftingstrategywithvaryingstroke.OptimizationexperimentationshowsthatbymeansofNSGA-Ⅱ,agoodPareto-optimalfrontcanbeobtained,whichsuggestsaseriesofalternativesolutionsforrollshiftingstrategyoptimization.Theexperimentationalsoshowsthatthereisaconflictbetweenthetwoobjectives.Finally,applicationcasesconfirmthefeasibilityofthemulti-objectiveapproach,whichcanimprovethestripprofile,reduceedgewavesandextendtherollingmilesofarollingcampaign.

  • 简介:Thesynthesis,compositionoptimization,VUVPhotoluminescence(PL)spectra,andopticalproperties,of(Y,Gd)(V,P)O4∶Eu3+phosphorswereinvestigatedbysynchrotronradiation.TheVUVPLEspectraandthecorrelationamongVUVPLintensity,λem,andEu3+,Gd3+,andP-contentwereestablished.ThePLEspectralstudiesshowedthat(Y,Gd)(V,P)O4∶Eu3+exhibitedsignificantabsorptionintheVUVrange.TheVUVPLintensitywasfoundtoenhancewithPO43-andGd3+-doping.Furthermore,thechromaticitycharacteristicsof(Y,Gd)(V,P)O4∶Eu3+werealsofoundtobe(0.6614,0.3286)andcomparedagainst(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu3+asareference.Basedonthecharacterizationresults,wearecurrentlyimprovingandevaluatingthepotentialapplicationof(Y,Gd)(V,P)O4∶Eu3+asanewred-emittingPDPphosphor.
