简介：ThispaperdealswithastudyonSnPbandlead-freesolderedjointreliabilityofPLCCdeviceswithdifferentleadcountsunderthreekindsoftemperaturecycleprofiles,whichisbasedonnon-linearfiniteelementmethod.Byanalyzingthestressofsolderedjoints,itisfoundthatthelargeststressisattheareabetweenthesolderedjointsandtheleads,andanalysisresultsindicatethatthevonMisesstressatthelocationslightlyincreaseswiththeincreaseofleadcounts.ForPLCCwith84leadsthesolderedjointswasmodeledforthreetypicalloading(273-398K,218-398Kand198-398K)inordertostudytheinfluenceofaccelerationfactorsonthereliabilityofsolderedjoints.Andtheestimationofequivalentplasticstrainofthreedifferentlead-freesolderalloys(Sn3.8Ag0.7Cu,Sn3.5AgandSn37Pb)wasalsocarriedout.

简介：发动机在使用一个翻修期并经返厂修理继续使用167h后发生漏油故障.将附件分解后,发现石墨环脱胶,与金属壳体分离,胶粘剂及叶轮轴表面变色.对失效的石墨环组件及配套叶轮轴进行了外观检查,对石墨密封圈各端面形貌进行了金相组织分析,并对J-27H结构胶进行了剪切强度测试及高温老化试验.结果表明石墨环脱落原因为摩擦生热引起J-27H环氧结构胶高温失效导致,与石墨密封环及胶粘剂自身性能无关.

简介：采用体视显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析仪、光学显微镜,对断裂的电连接器接触体进行表面和断口的宏微观形貌观察,断口表面化学成分及显微组织分析。结果表明：电连接器接触体在含Cl-介质中发生应力腐蚀开裂,最终在工作振动应力作用下发生疲劳断裂;裂纹萌生阶段主要特征为腐蚀坑和沿晶,扩展阶段的主要特征为裂纹穿晶、分叉和疲劳条带。酸洗后腐蚀性Cl-的残留与接触体表面镀层开裂导致接触体断裂。
