简介:Theplatformconsistsofthreelayers:themanagementservicelayeradministerstheinfrastructureofthewholeplatform;theintegrationservicelayerprovidesthecoreintegrationfunctionsandtheuserservicelayersatisfiestheenterpriseintegrationdemands.Forthepurposeofaccommodatingthecharacteristicsofmoldmakingcompanies,anevent-drivenenterpriseservicebusworkingastheheartoftheplatformisrealized.AprototypesystemcombiningWebservices,BusinessProcessExecutionLanguage(BPEL)andWebOntologyLanguage(OWL)isimplemented.Theclientsandsuppliersandtheapplicationsofmoldmakingcompanyareintegratedinaloosely-coupledwaythroughtheservicesprovidedbytheplatform.Meanwhilethesharingofdataandknowledge,andthecoordinationofbusinessprocessarerealized.Byadoptingtheplatform,anewapproachisprovidedtosolvetheproblemofdesignandmanufactureintegrationforintraandintermoldmakingcompanies.
简介:Airentrappedinliquidmetalduringthemoldfillingprocessseriouslyaffectsthecastingquality,thusitisimportanttotrackitsbehaviorinthemoldcavity.Aliquid-gastwo-phaseflowmodelisdevelopedtodescribethemoldfillingprocessandpredicttheairentrapmentdefect.ThemodelisbasedonthecombinationofSOLAandLevelSetMethod.ThepressureandvelocityfieldsarecalculatedbySOLA,andtheinterfacemovementissimulatedbyLevelSetmethodasthemostcommoninterfacetrackingmethodinrecentyears.Inordertovalidatethefeasibilityofthemodel,theliquid-gastwo-phasesimulationresultsweretestedbythebrokendamproblemandtheS-shapedexperiment.ComparisonbetweentheexperimentsandsimulationresultsshowthatLevelSetmethodmightbeaverypromisingtoolintwo-phaseflowsimulationduringthemoldfillingprocess.
