简介：本文针对中低频率工程振动问题，不计流体加速度，基于球面波动方程导出了无限大三维饱和地基人工黏弹性边界及其流量边界条件。在此基础上给出了具有人工黏弹性边界的饱和土体动力固结问题虚位移原理。根据有限元语言编写出算法脚本文件，并基于有限元自动生成系统（FEPG），生成了计算源代码程序。通过在无限大地基表面施加冲击荷载和突加荷载的数值算例，验证了所建立方程和程序的正确性。本文方法可以应用于三维饱和地基的动力固结问题数值模拟。
