简介:摘要目的为了更全面了解并掌握云南省龙陵县儿童碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病以及相关措施与政策的实施提供有效依据。方法抽取龙陵县5个乡(镇)村小学200名8-10周岁儿童的尿样,依据WS/T107-2006方法,检测样本,并采用触诊法或B超法检查儿童甲状腺肿大情况。结果2015年龙陵县8-10岁学龄儿童尿碘中位数为264.74ug/L,大于300ug/L的为75份,占37.5%,小于100ug/L的为22份,占11%;不同年龄及不同性别之间尿碘值差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论龙陵县8-10岁学龄儿童的尿碘状况总体良好,已达到消除碘缺乏病标准,但有部分儿童碘营养水平偏高,有补碘过量的分险。

简介:TheaimofthisstudyistoexplorethegenomicmolecularorganizationandgenogroupofhumannorovirusfrominfectedinfantsinGuangzhouofChina.PrimersweredesignedaccordingtothegenomicsequenceofnorovirusintheGenBank,andthenorovirusgenomewasamplifiedbyRT-PCR.ThePCR-productswereclonedintoTvectorandsequenced,andthegenomicnucleotidesequenceswereanalyzedwiththeprogramsCLUSTALW/X,DNASTARandRAT(RecombinationAnalysisTool).TheNVgz01straingenomeis7558bpinlengthandencodesthreeopenreadingframes(GenBankaccessionNo.isDQ369797).ThegenomicsequencesofNVgz01werecomparedwiththoseofnomvirusinGenBank,whichrevealedthatthehomologywithgenogroupⅡrangesbetween76%-90%,andgenogroupⅠbe-tween43%-44%.TheORF1regionshared94%and88%identitywithMc37andFarmingtonstrains,respectively;thecapsidregion(ORF2)shared65%and94%identitywithMc37andFarmingtonstrains,respectively.Phylogenetictreeswerereconstructedbytheneighbor-joiningmethod.ComparativecompletesequenceanalysisoftheNVgz01withreportedhumannorovimsgenomicsequencesrevealedthatthisisolatebelongstogenogmupⅡ.TheORF1andORF2regionsshareddifferentidentitywithMc37andFarmingtonstrains,suggestingNVgz01couldbearecombinantvires.
简介:摘要在法医医学鉴定过程中经常会遇到基因丢失的情况,导致亲子代在基因鉴定过程中出现不符合遗传规律的情况,在一定程度上增加了被错误排除的风险。由于等位基因的缺失在一定程度上和模板的DNA多态性、碱基的插入或缺失有关,因此正确识别和分析等位基因对鉴定结果会产生直接的影响。基于此,本文作者结合自身实践就TH01基因座丢失的相关问题进行相关阐述。

简介:Livertransplantation(LT)isalife-savingtreatmentforpatientswithend-stageliverdiseaseandforpatientswithlivercellcancerrelatedtoliverdisease.Acuteandchronicliverdiseasesrelatedtohepatitisvirusesarebetweenthemainindicationsforlivertransplantation.Theriskofviralreinfectionaftertransplantationisthemainlimitingfactorintheseindications.Beforetheavailabilityofantiviralprophylaxis,hepatitisBvirus(HBV)recurrencewasuniversalinpatientswhowereHBVDNA-positivebeforetransplantation.ThenaturalhistoryofrecurrentHBVwasacceleratedbyimmunosuppression,anditprogressedrapidlytograftfailureanddeath.Introductionofpost-transplantprophylaxiswithimmunoglobulinalonefirst,andassociatedtoantiviraldrugslater,drasticallyreducedHBVrecurrence,resultinginexcellentlong-termoutcomes.Onthecontrary,recurrenceofhepatitisCisthemaincauseofgraftlossinmosttransplantprograms.Overall,patientandgraftsurvivalafterLTforhepatitisCvirus(HCV)-associatedcirrhosisisinferiorcomparedwithotherindications.However,successfulpretransplantorposttransplantantiviraltherapyhasbeenassociatedwithincreasedgraftandoverallsurvival.Untilrecently,thecombinationofpegylatedinterferonandribavirinwasthestandardofcareforthetreatmentofpatientswithchronichepatitisC.Highlyactiveantiviralcompoundshavebeendevelopedoverthepastdecade,thankstonewinvitrosystemstostudyHCVentry,replication,assembly,andrelease.
简介:Over20yearsofresearchhasledtothenowwidelyacceptedroleofcardiacresynchronizationtherapy(CRT)inmedicallyrefractory,mildtoseveresystolicheartfailure(HF)withincreasedQRSduration.Inadditiontoconferringamortalitybenefit,CRThasbeenshowntoreduceHFhospitalizationratesandimprovefunctionalstatusinthispopulation.However,notallpatientsconsistentlydemonstrateapositiveresponsetoCRT.EffortstoimproveresponsetoCRThavefocusedonimprovingpatientselectionandoptimizingdeviceimplantationandfollow-up,therebycorrectingelectricalandmechanicaldyssynchrony.Inthisarticlewereviewthepathobiologyofcardiacdyssynchrony,therationalefortheuseofCRT,thehistoryandthestateoftheartofCRT,andguidelinesandrecommendationsforCRT,whilealsofocusingontheareasofcontroversyandpotentialfutureapplications.
