简介:摘 要: 为研究收口参数对无耳托板螺母锁紧力矩的影响规律,本文通过改变无耳托板螺母的收口参数,得到不同收口参数的无耳托板螺母拧入螺栓时的锁紧力矩,获得了收口参数对锁紧力矩的影响规律,并与试验得到的结果进行对比分析,结果表明:随着收口参数增大,无耳托板螺母相应的应力、应变水平随之增加;将有限元仿真得出的锁紧力矩随收口参数的变化规律与试验得出的锁紧力矩随收口参数的变化规律进行对比分析,结果一致性较高,可用有限元仿真替代部分试验;收口参数为0.10mm的无耳托板螺母锁紧力矩和松脱力矩曲率最为平缓,说明其性能较稳定;从对比试验可见,可以期待用收口量为0.10mm的国产无耳托板螺母替代进口的无耳托板螺母。
