简介:[摘要]目的:研究康复新液联合硼硝液治疗口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎的临床效果。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年5月期间本院收入治疗的口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎患者92例作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。两组均进行牙龈清洁并使用康复新液治疗。观察组在此基础上使用硼硝液治疗。结果:治疗前两组的牙龈肿胀、龈沟出血、菌斑指数、疼痛程度评分对比,P>0.05。两组治疗后的牙龈肿胀、龈沟出血、菌斑指数、疼痛程度评分低于治疗前,P<0.05。治疗后观察组的牙龈肿胀、龈沟出血、菌斑指数、疼痛程度评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:康复新液联合硼硝液治疗口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎能够缓解牙龈肿胀、出血等症状,减轻疼痛,恢复口腔健康。
