简介：目的：检测梅毒血清固定患者外周血Th9细胞的表达水平，探讨其与血清固定免疫机制的关系。方法：收集梅毒血清固定患者（15例）、正规驱梅治疗后血清转阴者（8例）及正常对照者（15例）外周血单个核细胞，采用流式细胞仪检测Th9细胞比例。结果：血清固定组Th9细胞比例较血清转阴组和正常对照组降低，差异有统计学意义（Z=-3．49，P〈0．001；Z=-3．40，P=0．001）；血清转阴组Th9细胞比例较正常对照组稍高，但差异元统计学意义（Z=-1．03，P=0．301）。结论：Th9细胞可能通过一系列免疫过程参与了血清固定的发生发展，具体机制仍有待进一步明确。

简介：目的：比较初发隐球菌性脑膜炎患者治疗前后与健康对照人群外周血CD4＋T细胞中Th9和Th17细胞的比值，探讨Th9和Th17细胞在隐球菌性脑膜炎发病机制中的作用。方法选取初发未经治疗隐球菌性脑膜炎患者及健康对照各12例，抽取隐球菌性脑膜炎患者治疗前和治疗后3周及健康对照的外周血，分离外周血单核细胞，应用流式细胞仪检测技术对3组病例外周血CD4＋T细胞中Th9和Th17的比值进行比较。结果与健康对照相比，隐球菌性脑膜炎患者治疗前Th17表达下调，差异有统计学意义；在治疗好转患者中，治疗后Th17表达显著上调，与治疗前及健康对照相比差异均有统计学意义。Th9在治疗前与健康对照相比无差异，在治疗后隐球菌性脑膜炎患者中表达上调。结论Th17免疫途径是隐球菌性脑膜炎患者抵御隐球菌感染的重要免疫机制，隐球菌性脑膜炎发病及治疗拮抗可能与Th17缺乏有关。

简介：摘要溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis，UC)是炎症性肠病(infammatory bowel disease, IBD)的主要类型之一，是一种慢性、非特异性、结肠炎症性疾病，易反复发作并需长期维持治疗，其临床特征包括：腹泻、体重丢失、腹痛、发热和便血以及癌变风险。目前认为UC的发病机制是由于环境因素作用于遗传易感个体，引起免疫系统异常激活，肠黏膜屏障破坏，导致结肠黏膜炎性改变，其中T细胞及其分泌的细胞因子参与免疫应答是UC发病机制研究领域的重要课题。Th9细胞是新近发现的T细胞亚群，其所分泌的IL-9已被证实参与多种自身免疫性疾病，现就Th9细胞的分化及其参与UC发病的机制加以综述。
