简介:Experimentalstudyofanairliftwithamagneticallystabilizedbedintheriserbottomhasbeenperformed.Externalmagneticfieldallowseasycontrolofmagnetizedbedstructureandliquidcirculationrate.Minimumstabilizationandfluidizationconditionshavebeendeterminedexperimentallyandbyathree-linegraphicalmethod.Semi-empiricaldatacorrelationsofsectionsoftheexperimentalcurveshavebeenperformed.Scalingrelationshipsknownfromnon-magneticairliftareapplicabletoo,butwiththeassumptionthatthemagneticfieldaffectstheloopfrictioncoefficientonly.
