  • 简介:Thestructuresinengineeringcanbesimplifiedintoelasticbeamswithconcentratedmassesandelasticspringsupports.Studyingthelawofvibrationofthebeamscanbeahelpinguidingitsdesignandavoidingresonance.BasedontheLaplacetransformmethod,themodeshapefunctionsandthefrequencyequationsofthebeamsinthetypicalboundaryconditionsarederived.Acantileverbeamwithalumpedmassandaspringisselectedtoobtainitsnaturalfrequenciesandmodeshapefunctions.AnexperimentwasconductedinordertogetthemodalparametersofthebeambasedontheNExT-ERAmethod.Bycomparingtheanalyticalandexperimentalresults,theeffectsofthelocationsofthemassandspringonthemodalparameterarediscussed.Thevariationofthenaturalfrequencieswasobtainedwiththechangingstiffnesscoefficientandmasscoefficient,respectively.Thefindingsprovideareferenceforthevibrationanalysismethodsandthelumpedparameterslayoutdesignofelasticbeamsusedinengineering.
