  • 简介:Noinstrumentisabletomeasuredirectlythequantumentanglementofasystem.However,boththeoryandexperiment,followingthewell-knownBellinequality,revealtheexistenceoftheentanglementphenomenoninquantummechanics.Toexaminethecharacterizationofquantumentanglement,herewepresentatwo-sitecavitysystem,inwhicheachcavitycontainsaΛ-typethree-levelatomandthetwositesareidenticalandcoupledwitheachother.Weinvestigateandcalculatethebipartiteentanglemententropyofthesystemforthegroundstates.Forphotonsofdifferenttypes,correspondingtothetwogroundstatesoftheatom,weinvestigatethecorrelationsandviolationoftheBellinequality.

  • 简介:Ananalysissolutionofrateequationisderivedforverticalcavitysurface-emittinglasers.BasedontheenhancedspontaneousemissioncausedbyVCSELsandinfluenceofnonradiativerecombination,therelationbetweenoutputpropertiesandstructuralparametersofmulti-quantumwells(MQWs)isobtanined.Itwasfoundthatthecharacteristiccurveofa"thresholdless"laserisstronglynonradiativedepopulation-dependent.Whenthenonradiativedepopulationisnozero,thelight-currentcharacteristicisnotlinearlyevenforanidealclosedmicrocavity.Thelightoutputisincreasedbytheenhancedwellnumberandbythereducedwidth.Inparticular,alowerthresholdcurrentdensityforMQWsstructureintheshortcavityisrealizedbyus,meanwhilethesharpnessofthevariationdependsonspontaneousemissionfactor.

  • 简介:WiththerapiddevelopmentofhighdamprojectswithinChina,thedragon-drop-tailspillwaytunnelisintroducedandwidelyused.Inviewofthehighwaterheadandthelargeflowvelocityonthedragon-drop-tailsection,aeratordevicesareusuallyplacedforthecavitationdamagecontrol.Forthedeviceplacedinitsinitialposition,itisaseriousconcerntodesignasuitableflowregimeofthecavityandtocontrolthecavityfillingwaterduetothelargeflowdepthandthelowFroudenumberthroughthisaerator.Inthisstudy,therelationshipsbetweenthegeometriesoftheaeratordeviceandthejetimpactangleofthelowertrajectoryoftheflowaretheoreticallyanalyzedwith/withoutalocalslope.Ninetestcaseswithdifferentgeometriesaredesigned,theeffectivenessofthefillingwatercontrolisexperimentallyinvestigatedunderdifferentoperationconditions,andtwocriteriaofthelocalslopedesignareproposed.Itisconcludedthatthecavityflowregimeandthefillingwatercanbeimprovedifasmallimpactangleandsomesuitablegeometriesofthelocalslopearedesigned.

  • 简介:Overthepastseveralyears,theseverityofHelicobacterpylori(H.pylori)infectionshasnotsignificantlydiminished.Aftersuccessfuleradication,theannualH.pylorirecurrencerateisapproximately13%duetooralH.pyloriinfection.EstablishedclinicaldiagnostictechniquesdonotidentifyanoraletiologicbasisofH.pyloripriortogastricinfection.TherehasbeendisagreementastowhetheroralinfectionofH.pyloriexistsornot,withnodefiniteconclusion.Inmedicalpractice,negativeresultswiththeureabreathtestsuggestthatthestomachinfectionofH.pyloriiscuredinthesepatients.Infact,patientscanpresentnegativeureabreathtestresultsandyetexhibitH.pyloriinfectionduetooralinfection.ThepresentpaperprovidesevidencethatH.pylorioralinfectionisnonethelesspresent,andtheoralcavityrepresentsasecondarysiteforH.pyloricolonization.

  • 简介:Cavityoptomechanicsisappliedtostudythecouplingbehaviorofinteractingmoleculesinsurfaceplasmonsystemsdrivenbytwo-colorlaserbeams.Differentfromthetraditionalforce–distancemeasurement,duetoaresonantfrequencyshiftorapeaksplittingontheprobespectrum,wehaveproposedaconvenientmethodtomeasurethevanderWaalsforcestrengthandinteractionenergyvianonlinearspectroscopy.Theminimumforcevaluecanreachapproximately10-15N,whichis3to4ordersofmagnitudesmallerthanthewidelyappliedatomicforcemicroscope(AFM).Itisalsoshownthattwoadjacentmoleculeswithsimilarchemicalstructuresandnearlyequalvibrationalfrequenciescanbeeasilydistinguishedbythesplittingofthetransparencypeak.Basedonthiscoupledoptomechanicalsystem,wealsoconceptuallydesignatunableopticalswitchbyvanderWaalsinteraction.Ourresultswillprovidenewapproachesforunderstandingthecomplexanddynamicinteractionsinmolecule–plasmonsystems.

  • 简介:我们在场在intracavity冷却并且外部洞为光制冷冷却之间的比较。结果证明intracavity计划在低光密度(0.01)被比较喜欢。我们能在实验为不同案例选择合适的计划。而且在一样的条件下面,拿做Yb3+的ZBLAN(ZrF4-BaF2-LaF3-AlF3-NaF)作为一个例子拍摄,二个计划的冷却过程被获得。计算结果证明冷却的intracavity将为一件薄电影样品完成更大的温度落下。最后,二极管激光可以为简短讨论的intracavity模型成为一个候选人。[从作者抽象]
