简介:Inthisstudy,apoly(etherblockamide)(Pebax1657)compositemembraneappliedforCO2capturewaspreparedbycoatingPebax1657solutiononpolyacrylonitrile(PAN)ultrafiltrationmembrane.Ethanol/watermixturewasusedasthesolventofPebaxandtheeffectsofethanol/watermassratiosandPebaxconcentrationonthepermeationpropertiesofcompositemembranewerestudied.Toenhancethecompositemembranepermeance,thegutterlayer,madefromreactiveaminosiliconecrosslinkingwithpolydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),wasdesigned.Theinfluenceofcrosslinkingdegreeofthegutterlayeronmembraneperformancewasinvestigated.Asaresult,aPebax/aminoPDMS/PANmultilayermembranewithhexaneresistancewasdeveloped,showingCO2permeanceof350GPUandCO2/N2selectivityover50.Theblendofpolyethyleneglycoldimethylether(PEG-DME)withPebaxascoatingmaterialwasstudiedtofurtherimprovethemembraneperformance.AfterbeingcombinedwithPEG-DMEadditive,CO2permeanceofthefinalPebax-PEG-DME/amino-PDMS/PANcompositemembranereached400GPUabovewithCO2/N2selectivityover65.

简介:Anovelcarbonmatrix/siliconnanowires(SiNWs)heterogeneousblockwassuccessfullyproducedbydispersingSiNWsintotemplatedcarbonmatrixviaamodifiedevaporationinducedself-assemblymethod.TheheterogeneousblockwasdeterminedbyX-raydiffraction,Ramanspectraandscanningelectronmicroscopy.Asananodematerialforlithiumbatteries,theblockwasinvestigatedbycyclicvoltammograms(CV),charge/dischargetests,galvanostaticcyclingperformanceandA.C.impedancespectroscopy.WeshowthattheSiNWsdisperseintotheframework,andarenicelywrappedbythecarbonmatrix.Theheterogeneousblockexhibitssuperiorelectrochemicalreversibilitywithahighspecificcapacityof529.3mAh/gincomparisonwithbareSiNWsanodewithmerelyabout52.6mAh/gcapacityretention.TheblockpresentsexcellentcyclestabilityandcapacityretentionwhichcanbeattributedtotheimprovementofconductivitybytheexistenceofcarbonmatrixandtheenhancementofabilitytorelievethelargevolumeexpansionofSiNWsduringthelithiuminsertion/extractioncycle.Theresultsindicatethattheas-preparedcarbonmatrix/SiNWsheterogeneousblockcanbeanattractiveandpotentialanodematerialforlithium-ionbatteryapplications.

简介:Thispaperintroducesdecimatedfilterbanksfortheone-dimensionalempiricalmodedecomposition(1D-EMD).Thesefilterbankscanprovideperfectreconstructionandallowforanarbitrarytreestructure.SincetheEMDisadatadrivendecomposition,itisaveryusefulanalysisinstrumentfornon-stationaryandnon-linearsignals.However,thetraditional1D-EMDhasthedisadvantageofexpandingthedata.Largedatasetscanbegeneratedastheamountofdatatobestoredincreaseswitheverydecompositionlevel.The1D-EMDcanbethoughtashavingthestructureofasingledyadicfilter.However,amethodologytoincorporatethedecompositionintoanyarbitrarytreestructurehasnotbeenreportedyetintheliterature.Thispapershowshowtoextendthe1D-EMDintoanyarbitrarytreestructurewhilemaintainingtheperfectreconstructionproperty.Furthermore,thetechniqueallowsfordownsamplingthedecomposedsignals.Thispaper,thus,presentsamethodtominimizethedata-expansiondrawbackofthe1D-EMDbyusingdecimationandmergingtheEMDcoefficients.Theproposedalgorithmisapplicableforanyarbitrarytreestructureincludingafullbinarytreestructure.
