  • 简介:Determiningtheimportanceratingsoftechnicalcharacteristicsisatypicalgroupdecision-makingprocess.Thelinguistic-basedapproachcaneffectivelymanagetheimpreciseandmulti-granularityinformationinqualityfunctiondeploymentandfacilitatedecision-makinginderivingtheimportanceratings.Basedonthelinguisticweightedaveraging(LWA)operatorandthelinguistichybridaveraging(LHA)operator,apracticalapproachisproposedtofirstaggregatetheindividualjudgmentsintoacollectivevalueforeachtechnicalcharacteristicunderlinguisticenvironment,andthenmeasurethedeviationdegreeoflinguisticvariablestoobtaintheimportanceratingsoftechnicalcharacteristics.Acasestudyshowstheapplicationoftheproposedmethod.

  • 简介:Gradeassessmentofsteelisgenerallyperformedviathemetallographicmethod,whichistime-consumingandisnotabletoprovidetheelementaldistributioninformation.Inthispaper,wepresentamethodtomeasuretheglobularoxideinclusionratingsinsteelusinglaser-inducedbreakdownspec-troscopy(LIBS).Themeasurementisperformedintwobasicsteps:steelsamplesarepolishedusingmetallographicsandpaperandtheA1203inclusionnumberandsizedistributioninamarkedareaareobservedusingscanningelectronmicroscope/energydispersiveX-rayspectroscopy(SEM/EDS)forfurtherLIBSscanninganalysis.ThethresholdintensitythatdistinguishessolublealuminumandinsolublealuminuminclusionsisdeterminedusingLIBScombinedwiththeSEM/EDSstatisticaldata.Carbonsteel(thesamplenumberisS9256)andbearingsteel(thesamplenumberisGCr15)areana-lyzedinscanningmode,andthenumberofA1203inclusionsindifferentsizerangesisobtainedfromthestatisticalinformationderivedfromtheA1203sizecalibrationcurve.Accordingtoheavyandthinseriesforglobularoxideinclusionsgradeassessment,themethodweproposeiscomparabletothetraditionalmetallographicmethodintermsofaccuracy;however,theprocessissimplifiedandthemeasurementspeedissignificantlyimproved.
