  • 简介:AfterexpandingthecapacitybywideningthetrolleyoftheNo.3sinteringmachine,severeunevensinteringoccurredinthetrolley’slateraldistribution,whichaffectedtheoutputandqualityofsinter.Inthisstudy,thequantitativeevaluationindicesoftheburdenuniformdistributioninthewidthdirectionofthesinteringmachineisintroducedforthefirsttime.Bymeasuringthetemperatureofdischargedgas,aplanetemperaturefieldisconstructed.Throughanalyzingthetemperaturefieldandtheburdenlayer’sdifferentialthermalequilibrium,amathematicalmodelforevaluatingtheindices,whichisanonlinereflectionofthedegreeofuniformdistribution,isbuilt.Followingtheimprovementsinburdendistributionequipment,theoptimizationoftheignitionsystemandthedynamicadjustmentoftheprocess,theproblemofunevensinteringinlateraldistributionhasbeensolved,andthequalityandtheyieldofsinterhavebeenimproved.

  • 简介:Titaniumnitride(TIN)filmsweredepositedonAISI304stainlesssteelsubstratesusinghollowcathodeplasmaphysicalvapordeposition(HC-PVD).TitaniumwasintroducedbyerodingtheTicathodenozzleandTiNwasformedinthepresenceofanitrogenplasmaexcitedbyradiofrequency(RF).Thesubstratebiasvoltagewasvariedfrom0to-300Vandtheuniformityinfilmthickness,surfaceroughness,crystalsize,microhardnessandwearresistanceforthefilmwithadiameterof20mmwasevaluated.Althoughthecentralzoneoftheplasmahadthehighestiondensity,thefilmthicknessdidnotvaryappreciablyacrossthesample.Theresultsfromatomicforcemicroscopy(AFM)revealedalowsurfaceroughnessdominatedbyanisland-likemorphologywithasimilarcrystalsizeontheentiresurface.Highermicrohardnesswasmeasuredatthecentralzoneofthesample.Thesampletreatedat-200Vhadexcellenttribologicalpropertiesanduniformity.

  • 简介:Thisstudyaimstosystematicallyanalyzethekeyparametersofthereflowprocessthatinfluencetheuniformityofthechromiumpassivationfilmcoatedontinplate.ThedistributioncharacteristicsofthechromiumpassivationfilmcoatedonthetinplatesurfaceunderdifferenttreatmentconditionsweresystematicallycharacterizedusingthescanningKelvinprobetechnique,X-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy,andX-raydiffraction.Resultsindicatethattheuseoffluxreducestheporosityoftincoating,therebyfavoringtheuniformgrowthofthepassivationfilm.Furthermore,anincreaseinthereflowpowerandquenchingtemperaturefacilitatesthehomogeneousdistributionofthepassivationfilmonthetinplatesurface,particularlywhentreatedwithelectrolyticcathodicsodiumdichromate.

  • 简介:TheuseoftheLaserMegaJoulefacilitywithintheshockignitionschemehasbeenconsidered.Inthefirstpartofthestudy,one-dimensionalhydrodynamiccalculationswereperformedforaninertialconfinementfusioncapsuleinthecontextoftheshockignitionschemeprovidingtheenergygainandanestimationoftheincreaseofthepeakpowerduetothereductionofthephotonpenetrationexpectedduringthehigh-intensityspikepulse.Inthesecondpart,weconsideredaLaserMegaJouleconfigurationconsistingof176laserbeamsthathavebeengroupedprovidingtwodifferentirradiationschemes.Inthisconfigurationthemaximumavailableenergyandpowerare1.3MJand440TW.Optimizationofthelaser–capsuleparametersthatminimizetheirradiationnon-uniformityduringthefirstfewnsofthefootpulsehasbeenperformed.ThecalculationstakeintoaccountthespecificellipticallaserintensityprofileprovidedattheLaserMegaJouleandtheexpectedbeamuncertainties.Asignificantimprovementoftheilluminationuniformityprovidedbythepolardirectdrivetechniquehasbeendemonstrated.Three-dimensionalhydrodynamiccalculationshavebeenperformedinordertoanalysethemagnitudeoftheazimuthalcomponentoftheirradiationthatisneglectedintwodimensionalhydrodynamicsimulations.

  • 简介:Inordertoinvestigatetheinjectioncurrentuniformityaroundtheinductioncellbores,twofullyelectromagnetic(EM)modelsarerespectivelyestablishedforasingle-stageinductioncellandaninductionvoltageadder(IVA)withthreecellsstackedinseries,withoutconsideringelectronemission.Bymeansofthesetwomodels,somefactorsaffectingtheinjectioncurrentuniformityaresimulatedandanalyzed,suchastheimpedancesofaddersandloads,celllocations,andfeedtimingofparalleldrivingpulses.Simulationresultsindicatethathigherimpedancesofadderandloadsareslightlybeneficialtoimproveinjectioncurrentuniformity.Astheimpedancesofadderandloadsincreasefrom5Ωto30Ω,theasymmetriccoefficientoffeedcurrentsdecreasesfrom10.3%to6.6%.Thecurrentnon-uniformitywithinthefirstcellisalittleworsethanthatinotherdownstreamcells.Simulationresultsalsoshowthatthefeedtimingwouldgreatlyaffectcurrentwaveforms,andconsequentlycausesomedistortioninpulsefrontsofcelloutputvoltages.Foragivendrivingpulsewithdurationtimeof70-80ns,thefeedtimingwithatimedeviationoflessthan20nsisacceptableforthethree-cellIVAs,justcausingtherisetimeofoutputvoltagestoincreaseabout5nsatmostandmakingthepeakvoltagedecreaseby3.5%.

  • 简介:Angularcoloruniformity(ACU)isakeyfactorusedtoevaluatethelightqualityofwhite-lightemittingdiodes(LEDs).Inthisstudy,anoveldoubleremotemicro-patternedphosphorfilm(doubleRMPPfilm)wasusedtoenhancetheACUofaremotephosphor(RP)down-lightlamp.AconventionalRPfilmandremotephosphorfilmwithsinglemicro-patternedfilm(singleRMPPfilm)alsowereexaminedforcomparison.Theangularcorrelatedcolortemperature(CCT)distributionsandtheopticalperformanceofthefilmswereexperimentallymeasured.ThemeasurementresultsshowedthatdoubleRMPPfilmconfigurationexhibitedbettercoloruniformitywithaCCTdeviationofonly441K,comparedwith556KforthesingleRMPPfilmconfigurationand1390KfortheRPfilmconfiguration.AsimulationbasedonFDTDandraytracingcombinedmethodalsoconfirmedtheACUimprovement.Inaddition,comparedwiththeconventionalRPfilm,theluminousefficiencyofsingleanddoubleRMPPfilmconfigurationswasincreasedby6.68%and4.69%,respectively,atadrivingcurrentof350mA.TheenhancementoftheACUandluminousefficiencyareduetothescatteringandmixingeffectofthemicropatternedfilm.Moreover,thedoubleRMPPfilmconfigurationhadbetterCCTstabilityatdifferentcurrentsthantheothertwoconfigurations.TheresultsdemonstratedtheeffectivenessandsuperiorityofdoubleRMPPfilminwhiteLEDapplications.

  • 简介:【摘要】“和而不同”思想在中国已有两千多年的历史,就是在尊重客观规律的基础上,各个元素发挥不同的作用,协调发展,已实现整体上的和谐。“和而不同”思想不仅是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,也是人类命运共同体发展观的思想来源之一。作为深受中国传统文化影响的东北亚地区,“和而不同”思想也很有影响力。东北亚命运共同体的目标是实现东北亚地区的和谐,但当前东北亚国家之间存在诸多差异,中日韩之间的合作长期存在着“政冷经热”的现象。构建东北亚命运共同体需要协调这些差异,以实现和谐。这些问题在西方的“二元对立”的框架难以解决。而东方的“和而不同”的思想对于调和内部矛盾和差异,构建以“和”为目标的东北亚命运共同体具有重大的启示意义。
