  • 简介:ThewaterdistributionsystemofoneresidentialdistrictinTianjinistakenasanexampletoanalyzethechangesofwaterquality.Partialleastsquares(PLS)regressionmodel,inwhichtheturbidityandFeareregardedascontrolobjectives,isusedtoestablishthestatisticalmodel.TheexperimentalresultsindicatethatthePLSregressionmodelhasgoodpredictedresultsofwaterqualitycomparedwiththemonitoreddata.Thepercentagesofabsoluterelativeerror(below15%,20%,30%)are44.4%,66.7%,100%(turbidity)and33.3%,44.4%,77.8%(Fe)onthe4thsamplingpoint;77.8%,88.9%,88.9%(turbidity)and44.4%,55.6%,66.7%(Fe)onthe5thsamplingpoint.

  • 简介:PolysaccharidesfromnumeroustraditionalChinesemedicineshavebeenprovenasthebioactiveingredientsandarehenceusedasthequalitycontrolmarkers.However,theassessmentcriteriaalwaysshowapoorspecificity,duetothelackofmaticcomparisonamongtheanalogousherbs.Inthepresentstudy,twosimilarmaterials,namelysea-tangleandsargassum,wereselectedasthemodelherbstodevelopmorespecificmethodsforqualitycontrol.Twowell-establishedmethods,determinationofthetotalpolysaccharidescontentandmonosaccharidescompositionanalysis,werebothemployed.Baseduponthequantitativeresults,theevaluationcriteriaofthepolysaccharidescontentsofnotlessthan2.0%and1.7%wereproposedforsea-tangleandsargassum,tively.NineidenticalmonosaccharidederivativesappearedontheHPLCchromatogramsofthehydrolysisandderivatizedsolutionsofthetwodrugs.Principalcomponentanalysisandorthogonalpartialleastsquaresdiscriminantanalysisusingthepeakareasofmonosaccharidesderivativesasthevariableswereperformed,andtheresultsindicatedthatmannuronicacidandxylosewiththeoppositeconcentrationsinthetwodrugswerethedifferentialcomponents.Adiscriminativecriterionusingthepeakarearatioofthesetwomonosaccharidesderivativeswasproposedforthequalitativeidentification.Inconclusion,amorespecificandquantitativequalitycontrolmethodwasdevelopedforsea-tangleandsargassum.

  • 简介:Assessmentofsoilqualityisimportantforoptimumproductionandnaturalresourcesconservation.AgriculturalandpasturesoilqualitiesofDeh-SorkhregionlocatedatsouthofMashhad,northeasternIranwereassessedusingtheintegratedqualityindex(IQI)andNemeroqualityindex(NQI)modelsincombinationwithtwodatasets,i.e.,totaldataset(TDS)andminimumdataset(MDS).Inthisstudy6soilpropertiesconsideredasMDSwereselectedoutof18propertiesasTDSusingprinciplecomponentanalysis.Soilsamplesweredividedinto3groupsbasedonoptimumrangesof8soilphysicalqualityindicators.Soilsampleswiththemostindicatorsatoptimumrangewereselectedasgroup1andthesampleshavingfewerindicatorsatoptimumrangewerelocatedingroups2and3.Optimumrangesofsoilporesizedistributionfunctionswerealsodeterminedassoilphysicalqualityindicesbasedon8soilphysicalqualityindicators.Poresizedistributioncurvesofgroup1wereconsideredastheoptimumporesizefunctions.Theresultsshowedthatrelativelyhighorganiccarboncontentscouldimproveporesizedistribution.Meancomparisonsofsoilphysicalqualityindicatorsdemonstratedthatmeanweightdiameterofwetaggregates,structuralstabilityindex,theslopeofmoistureretentioncurveatinflectionpoint,andplantavailablewatercontentinagriculturallandusedecreasedsignificantlyinrelationtopasturelanduse.Inaddition,theresultsdemonstratedthatthestudiedMDScouldbeasuitablerepresentativeofTDS.78%ofpasturesoilshadtheoptimumporesizedistributionfunctions,whilethisparameterforagriculturalsoilswasonly13%.Ingeneral,thesoilsofthestudiedregionshowedhighlimitationsforplantgrowthaccordingtothestudiedindicators.

  • 简介:Background:Studieshaveindicatedthatthereisapositiveandindirectrelationshipbetweenphysicalactivity(PA)andqualityoflife(QoL).Thecurrentstudyexaminedthisrelationshipthroughasocialcognitivemodelwithconsiderationtotheintermediaryeffectsofexerciseself-efficacy,andphysical(PCS,physicalcomponentsummary)andpsychological(MCS,mentalcomponentsummary)health.Additionally,thismodelwaswidenedtoincludeconceptsfromtheecologicaltheory,andanycausalassociationsamongneighborhoodenvironment,PA,andQoL.Methods:Sixhundredandeighty-fourphysicallyactiveadults(39.16±13.52years,mean±SD),livinginAthens,Greece,completedaseriesofquestionnairesmeasuringPA,QoL,exerciseself-efficacy,PCS,MCS,neighborhoodenvironment,andfamilyandfriendsupportforPA.Theexaminedmodelswereanalyzedusingstructuralequationmodeling.Results:Thesocialcognitiveandecologicalmodelsprovedtobeofappropriatefit.Withinthesocialcognitivemodel,PApositivelyaffectedQoLthroughthemediatingeffectsofexerciseself-efficacy,PCS,andMCS.Withregardstotheecologicalmodel,neighborhoodenvironmentpositivelyinfluencedQoLthroughtheintermediaryeffectsoffamilysupportforPA,exerciseself-efficacy,PA,PCS,andMCS.Conclusion:Resultsindicatedthatthemostimportantmediatorsintheexaminedmodelswereexerciseself-efficacyandhealth.Further,findingsdemonstratedtheroleofneighborhoodenvironmentinenhancingPAandQoL.Futurestudiesshouldbecarriedoutapplyinglongitudinaldataforabetterunderstandingoftheseassociationsovertime.

  • 简介:ThepapershowsthemainsurfacedefectsofcoldrollingautomobilesheetinBXSteel.Themainsurfacedefectsareunusualdefects.Thetypicalfamiliardefectsaresliverandpunctuatesthatareontherollingdirection.Theinclusionsofsteel-makingandscalesofhotrollingprocessarethemaincausesofdefects.Theyarethebiggestproblemspuzzlecoldrolledautomobilesheetsurfacequality,andaretheburningissuesofBXSteel.Weclassifyandanalysisthedefects.Weobservethepanoramaofsurfacedefectsusingportablevideomicroscopyapparatus,andcleanthesampleusingultrasonicshaker,analysisthedefectspatternandchemicalcompositionusingscanningelectronmicroscope.Atpresenttheprimarydefectsthatimpactedcoldrolledautomobilesheetqualityaredarksliverdefects.Wecontrolthesteel-makingandhotrollingprocessaimingatthecauseandpositionofdefectsmaking.Wefinecontroltheoperatingofsteelladle,gating,castingsystemandcontinuouscastingmachineinsteelmakingprocess.Thescaledefectisreducedbycontrollingfurnace,highpressurewaterdescalingsystemandfinishmilldescalinginhotrollingprocess.Alonewiththereformingandrenewingofequipment,gatheringproducingexperience,thecoldrolledautomobilesheetqualitymadeinBXSteelisupgradinggradually.

  • 简介:Waterqualityiscriticaltoensurethatmarineresourcesandtheenvironmentareutilizedinasustainablemanner.TheobjectiveofthisstudyisthereforetoinvestigatetheoptimumplacementofmarineenvironmentalmonitoringsitestomonitorwaterqualityinShanghai,China.Toimprovethemappingorestimationaccuracyoftheareaswithdifferentwaterqualitygrades,themonitoringsiteswerefixedintransitionbandsbetweenareasofdifferentgradesratherthaninotherpositions.Followingbidirectionaloptimizationmethod,first,18candidatesiteswereselectedbyfilteringoutspecificsitecategories.Second,threeofthesewere,inturn,eliminatedbecauseoftheruledefinedbythechangesintheareasofwaterqualitygradesandbythestandarddeviationoftheinterpolationerrorsofdissolvedinorganicnitrogen(DIN)andphosphate(PO_4-P).Furthermore,indicatorkrigingwasemployedtodepictthetransitionbandsbetweendifferentwaterqualitygradeswhenevernewsamplingsiteswereadded.Thefouroptimizationprojectsofthenewlyaddedsitesrevealthat,alloptimizedsitesweredistributedinthetransitionbandsofdifferentwatergrades,andatthesametimeintheareaswherethehistoricalsitesweresparselydistributed.Newsiteswerealsofoundintheoverlapregionofdifferenttransitionbands.Additionalsiteswereespeciallyrequiredintheseregionstodiscriminatetheboundariesofdifferentwaterqualitygrades.Usingthebidirectionaloptimizationmethodofthemonitoringsites,theboundariesofdifferentwaterqualitygradescouldbedeterminedwithahigherprecision.Asaresult,theinterpolationerrorsofDINandPO_4-Pcouldtheoreticallydecrease.

  • 简介:Inthispaper,weproposeaghostimagingschemewithfastWalsh–Hadamardtransform,namedGIFWHT.Inthescheme,Walsh–Hadamardpatternpairsareusedtoilluminateanobjecttogeneratepairsofdetectionresults,andthecorrespondingdifferentialdetectionresultisusedastheresultasthatfromtheconventionalbucketdetector.ByperformingthefastWalsh–Hadamardtransformon2~k(kisapositiveinteger)differentialdetectionresults,theimageoftheobjectcanberecovered.TheexperimentalandnumericalsimulationresultsshowthatthereconstructiontimeofGIFWHTisgreatlyreduced,andthequalityoftherecoveredimageisnoticeablyimproved.Inaddition,GIFWHTisrobustagainstinterferencefromenvironmentalilluminationandcouldsavememory.

  • 简介:Potassiumdihydrogenphosphate(KDP)singlecrystalsaretheonlynonlinearcrystalscurrentlyusedforelectro-opticswitchesandfrequencyconvertersininertialconfinementfusionresearch,duetotheirlargedimensionandexclusivephysicalproperties.Basedonthetraditionalsolution-growthprocess,largebulkKDPcrystals,usuallywithsizesupto600×600mm2soastomakeafrequencydoublerforthefacilityrequirementloadinghighlyfluxofpowerlaser,canbegrowninstandardHolden-typecrystallizers,withoutspontaneousnucleationandvisibledefects,onetotwoordersofmagnitudefasterthanbyconventionalmethods.PurewaterandKDPrawmaterialwithafewionimpuritiessuchasFe,Cr,andAl(lessthan0.1ppm)wereused.Therapid-growthmethodincludesextremeconditionssuchastemperaturerangefrom60to35℃,overcoolingupto5℃,growthratesexceeding10mm/day,andcrystalsizeupto600mm.TheopticalparametersofKDPcrystalsweredetermined.Theopticalpropertiesofcrystalsdeterminedindicatethattheyareoffavorablequalityforapplicationinthefacility.

  • 简介:Soilsalinityandalkalinityadverselyaffectstheproductivityandgrainqualityofrice.Thegrainqualityof19ricegenotypescharacterizedassalttolerant(T),semi-tolerant(ST)andsensitive(S)wasassessedinlysimeterscontainingsalineandhighlyalkalinesoils.Headricerecoverywasreducedbysalinitystresswhereasitwasnotaffectedbyalkalinitystress.Theratiooflengthtowidth(graindimensions)wassignificantlyreducedintheTgenotypeevenatlowelectricalconductivity(EC,4mS/cm)andalkalinity(pH9.5),whereasintheSTgenotype,itwassignificantlyreducedathighsalinity(EC8mS/cm).TherewasnosignificanteffectofanylevelsofsalinityoralkalinityongraindimensionsintheSgenotype.AmylosecontentwassignificantlyreducedinTandSTgroupsevenatlowEC(4mS/cm)andalkalinity(pH9.5)andtheeffectintheSgenotypewasonlyathighsalinity.Starchcontentshowedsignificantreductionathighsalinityandalkalinity(EC8mS/cmandpH9.8)intheTandSTgenotypesandnosignificanteffectwasobservedintheSgenotype.Theeffectofbothlevelsofsalinity(EC4and8mS/cm)andhighalkalinity(pH9.8)ongelconsistencywasobservedonlyintheSgenotype.ThetolerantgenotypesIR36underhighsalinity,andCSR10andCSR11underalkalistressshowedlessreductioninamylosecontent.TheTgenotypeBR4-10,andSTgenotypesCSR30,CSR29andCSR13showedbettergelconsistencyundersalineandalkalistress.Amylosecontentwasaffectedevenatlowsalinitystressandthusimportanttobeconsideredinbreedingriceforsalttolerance.Overall,thegrainqualityofTandSTgenotypeswaslessaffectedbysalineandalkalistresscomparedtoSones.

  • 简介:AbstractObjective:To evaluate the effect of morphologic factors on survival rate (SR), pregnancy rate (PR), and implantation rate (IR) of human embryo vitrification following frozen embryo transfer (FET) on day 3 post-ovulation.Methods:Women undergoing FET (n = 921) with embryos cryopreserved by vitrification between 2012 and 2013 were enrolled in this retrospective cohort study.Results:Embryos with >9 blastomeres yielded the highest SR of 100%. Lower SR was observed in embryos with 5 to 6 (57.5%) and 4 blastomeres (41.4%). In terms of blastomere symmetry, the SR of embryos with equally sized blastomeres was significantly higher than that of embryos with unequally sized cells (82.5% vs. 64.6%, P < 0.05). As fragmentation increased, SR decreased from 92.1% to 20.6% (P < 0.05). Significant differences were observed among groups when analyzing PR and IR according to the 3 embryonic parameters before vitrification. Embryos with 13 to 16 blastomeres yielded the highest PR (39.5%) and IR (24.1 %). The PR and IR of embryos with blastomeres of equal size were significantly higher than those with unequally sized blastomeres (36.5% vs. 21.7%, 23.7% vs. 12.4%, P < 0.05). After warming, embryos with 13 to 16 blastomeres yielded the highest PR and IR (40.9% and 24.2%, respectively). The PR and IR were observed to grow with an increase in the percentage of intact blastomeres (23.2%-38.2%, 14.2%-23.2%).Conclusions:These results show that vitrification methods do not effectively improve survival outcomes for embryos of poor quality and it is needed to develop a comprehensive vitrification protocol that considers all the practical aspects, including the current limitation regarding cleavage-stage embryos of poor quality.
