  • 简介:采用sol-gel方法在石英玻璃衬底上制备出α轴取向的多晶Bi4Ti3O12(BIT)薄膜,根据透射谱曲线得到薄膜样品的线性折射率为2.35,线性吸收系数为9.81×10^3cm^-1,光学带隙宽度为3.60eV。以脉宽300fs,波长800nm的钛蓝宝石脉冲激光为光源,利用单光束Z-scan技术测得薄膜样品的双光子吸收系数为100.31GW·cm^-2,三阶非线性折射率为-1.02×10^2GW·cm^-2。实验结果表明,所制备的BIT铁电薄膜具有大的非线性光学系数,适合应用于光子器件的制备。

  • 简介:通过溶胶-凝胶法、离子束磁控溅射法和化学腐蚀法分别制备了PZT薄膜、PbZr_(0.52)Ti_(0.48)O_3/Ni(PZT/Ni)复合薄膜材料的鼓包样品。采用X射线衍射仪(X-raydiffraction,XRD)表征了PZT/Ni复合薄膜材料的物相结构;利用自主研制的多功能新型鼓包测试平台,在力场、电场、磁场作用下分别测试分析了PZT/Ni复合薄膜材料体系的力电磁耦合性能。结果表明:随着电场强度的增加,PZT薄膜的弹性模量E先增大后减小;PZT/Ni复合薄膜在电场作用下实现了电磁调控,矫顽磁场强度Hc提高了33.4%;随着测试平台油压的增大,PZT薄膜的剩余极化强度和矫顽场分别增加了17.1%和32.1%,PZT/Ni复合薄膜的矫顽磁场强度提高了46.1%。

  • 简介:结合脉冲中子管的结构特征,建立了一套基于Al_2O_3单晶闪烁屏和CCD相机的中子管氘离子束束流截面测量系统。闪烁屏直径为15mm,厚度为0.5mm。为了降低测量本底,CCD相机工作在触发模式。利用有限元分析软件,模拟计算了典型中子管束流参数下的闪烁屏温度,并利用该测量系统获得了中子管氘离子束在靶面处的典型强度分布。结果表明,该测量系统可以准确地反映脉冲离子束束流的横向强度分布特征。

  • 简介:AnewlayeredCu-basedoxychalcogenideBa3Fe2O5Cu2S2hasbeensynthesizedanditsmagneticandelectronicpropertieswererevealed.Ba3Fe2O5Cu2S2isbuiltupbyalternativelystacking[Cu2S2]2-layersandironperovskiteoxide[(FeO2)(BaO)(FeO2)]2-layersalongthecaxisthatareseparatedbybariumionswithFe3+fivefoldcoordinatedbyasquare-pyramidalarrangementofoxygen.Fromthebondvalencearguments,weinferredthatinlayeredCuCh-based(Ch=S,Se,Te)compoundsthe+3cationinperovskiteoxidesheetprefersasquarepyramidalsite,whilethelowervalencecationprefersthesquareplanarsites.Thestudiesonsusceptibility,transport,andopticalreflectivityindicatethatBa3Fe2O5Cu2S2isanantiferromagneticsemiconductorwithaNe′eltemperatureof121Kandanopticalbandgapof1.03eV.Themeasurementofheatcapacityfrom10Ktoroomtemperatureshowsnoanomalyat121K.TheDebyetemperatureisdeterminedtobe113K.TheoreticalcalculationsindicatethattheconductionbandminimumispredominantlycontributedbyO2pand3dstatesofFeionsthatantiferromagneticallyarrangedinFeO2layers.TheFe3dstatesarelocatedatlowerenergyandresultinanarrowbandgapincomparisonwiththatoftheisostructuralSr3Sc2O5Cu2S2.

  • 简介:Ultrafastfiberlasersareingreatdemandforvariousapplications,suchasopticalcommunication,spectroscopy,biomedicaldiagnosis,andindustrialfabrication.Here,wereportthehighlystablefemtosecondpulsegenerationfromaMXenemode-lockedfiberlaser.Wehavepreparedthehigh-qualityTi3C2Txnanosheetsviatheetchingmethod,andcharacterizedtheirultrafastdynamicsandbroadbandnonlinearopticalresponses.Theobviousintensity-andwavelength-dependentnonlinearresponseshavebeenobservedandinvestigated.Inaddition,ahighlystablefemtosecondfiberlaserwithsignal-to-noiseratioupto70.7dBandcentralwavelengthof1567.3nmhasbeendelivered.Thestudymayprovidesomevaluabledesignguidelinesforthedevelopmentofultrafast,broadbandnonlinearopticalmodulators,andopennewavenuestowardadvancedphotonicdevicesbasedonMXenes.

  • 简介:Byusingtheultrasound-assistedliquidphaseexfoliationmethod,Bi2Te3nanosheetsaresynthesizedanddepositedontoaquartzplatetoformakindofsaturableabsorber(SA),inwhichnonlinearabsorptionpropertiesaround2μmareanalyzedwithahome-mademode-lockedlaser.Withtheas-preparedBi2Te3SAemployed,astablepassivelyQ-switchedall-solid-state2μmlaserissuccessfullyrealized.Q-switchedpulseswithamaximumaverageoutputpowerof2.03Waregeneratedunderanoutputcouplingof5%,correspondingtothemaximumsingle-pulseenergyof18.4μJandpeakpowerof23W.Thedeliveredshortestpulsedurationandmaximumrepetitionrateare620nsand118kHzunderanoutputcouplingof2%,respectively.ItisthefirstpresentationofsuchBi2Te3SAemployedinasolid-stateQ-switchedcrystallinelaserat2μm,tothebestofourknowledge.Incomparisonwithother2Dmaterialssuitableforpulsed2μmlasers,thesaturableabsorptionperformanceofBi2Te3SAisprovedtobepromisingingeneratinghighpowerandhigh-repetition-rate2μmlaserpulses.

  • 简介:Theresultsonadissociationbehaviorofpropanehydratespreparedfrom'drywater'andcontainedunreactedresidualwaterintheformoficeinclusionsorsupercooledliquidwater(watersolutionofgas)werepresentedfortemperaturesbelow273K.Thetemperaturerampingorpressurereleasemethodwasusedforthedissociationofpropanehydratesamples.Itwasfoundthatthemechanismofgashydratedissociationattemperaturesbelow273Kdependedonthephasestateofunreactedwaterinthehydratesample.Gashydratesdissociatedintoiceandgasiftheiceinclusionswereinthehydratesample.Thesamplesofpropanehydrateswithinclusionsofunreactedsupercooledwateronly(withouticeinclusions)dissociatedintosupercooledwaterandgasbelowthepressureofthesupercooledwater-hydrate-gasmetastableequilibrium.

  • 简介:Afacilestep-by-stepapproachisdevelopedforsynthesizingthehigh-efficiencyandmagneticrecyclableFe_3O_4@SiO_2@Ag@Nitrepang-likenanocomposites.ThismethodinvolvescoatingFe_2O_3nanorodswithauniformsilicalayer,reductionin10%H_2/AratmospheretotransformtheFe_2O_3intomagneticFe_3O_4,andfinallydepositingAg@Nicore-shellnanoparticlesontheL-lysinemodifiedsurfaceofFe_3O_4@SiO_2nanorods.Thefabricatednanocompositesarefurthercharacterizedbyx-raydiffraction,transmissionelectronmicroscopy,scanningelectronmicroscope,Fouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy,andinductivelycoupledplasmamassspectroscopy.TheFe_3O_4@SiO_2@Ag@Nitrepang-likenanocompositesexhibitremarkablyhighercatalyticefficiencythanmonometallicFe_3O_4@SiO_2@AgnanocompositestowardthedegradationofRhodamineB(RhB)atroomtemperature,andmaintainsuperiorcatalyticactivityevenaftersixcycles.Inaddition,thesesamplescouldbeeasilyseparatedfromthecatalyticsystembyanexternalmagnetandreused,whichshowsgreatpotentialapplicationsintreatingwastewater.
