简介：　　摘要：目的 探讨整体护理在老年上消化道出血患者中应用效果观察。方法 选取我科 2018年 12月～ 2019年 6月共收治 40例老年上消化道出血患者为对照研究，采取常规护理与整体护理，对比两组前后护理总有效率。结果 观察组患者护理总有效率为（ 95%）明显优于对照组患者护理总有效率（ 85%）；观察组患者的生存质量明显高于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 将整体护理措施纳入老年上消化道出血临床治疗中，有效改善临床治疗成效，降低并发症的发生，使患者获得了康复。  　　关键词：整体护理；老年上消化道出血；效果观察  　　 Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing in elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods a total of 40 elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were enrolled in our department from December 2018 to June 2019 as control study. Routine nursing and holistic nursing were adopted to compare the total effective rate of nursing before and after the two groups. Results the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group (95%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (85%); the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the whole nursing measures should be included in the clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the elderly, which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the occurrence of complications, and make the patients recover.

简介：　　【摘要】目的：对急性胃炎患者行综合性护理的临床护理效果进行研究分析。方法：选取 62例急性胃炎患者随机分为两组（各 31例），一组为综合性护理组，一组为常规护理组。结果：综合性护理组患者实施临床护理治疗后总有效率显著高于常规护理组患者（ 93.55%和 70.97%），差异有显著性（ P<0.05）。结论：在对急性胃炎患者护理时综合性护理措施效果较为理想。 　　【关键词】急性胃炎患者；综合性护理；临床护理效果 [Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the clinical nursing effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with acute gastritis. Methods: 62 patients with acute gastritis were randomly divided into two groups (31 cases in each group). One group was comprehensive nursing group, the other was routine nursing group. Results: the total effective rate of the comprehensive nursing group was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group (93.55% and 70.97%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the effect of comprehensive nursing measures is ideal in the nursing of patients with acute gastritis.

简介：　　摘要：目的 研究分析消化内科十二指肠溃疡综合护理方法和效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选取 2015年 3月～ 2017年 3月我院收治的 46例经胃镜检查确诊的十二指肠溃疡患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各 23例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取在常规护理基础上增加饮食护理、心理护理、疼痛护理以及并发症护理。结果 观察组显效 15例，有效 7例，无效 1例，总有效率为 95.7%，对照组显效 8例，有效 11例，无效 4例，总有效率为 85.0%，两组总有效率比较差异显著（ P<0.05）。结论 细致、有效的临床综合护理能够提高消化内科十二指肠溃疡的治疗有效率，可以大力推广应用。
