简介：利用酯化反应将活性硫、磷和氮元素引入硼酸酯的分子中,制备了1种新型的有机硼酸酯(简称:SPNB),采用元素分析和红外光谱对所得产物的结构组成进行了表征;选择常用的大庆加氢矿物油HVIH200作为基础油,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上对其摩擦学以及抑制油品温升等性能进行了较为全面的评价,用SEM/EDS观察分析了磨痕表面的形貌及元素;应用湿热箱加速水解试验考察了其水解稳定性,并与硼酸三丁酯进行了对比。结果表明,所制备的硼酸酯不但具有良好的极压抗磨和抑制油品温升等性能,在基础油中具有较好的溶解性,同时水解稳定性得到明显改善,在工业润滑油产品中具有广泛的应用前景。
