  • 简介:Multi-ThresholdCMOS(MTCMOS)isaneffectivetechniqueforcontrollingleakagepowerwithlowdelayoverhead.HoweverthelargemagnitudeofgroundbouncingnoiseinducedbythesleeptoactivemodetransitionmaycausesignalintegrityprobleminMTCMOScircuits.Weproposeamethodologyforreducinggroundbouncingnoiseunderthewake-updelayconstraint.Animprovedtwo-stageparallelpowergatingstructurethatcansuppressthegroundbouncingnoisethroughturnonsetsofsleeptransistorsconsecutivelyisproposed.Thesizeofeachsleeptransistorisoptimizedbyanovelsizingalgorithmbasedonasimpledischargingmodel.Simulationresultsshowthattheproposedtechniquesachieveatleast23%improvementintheproductofthepeakamplitudeofgroundbouncingnoiseandthewake-uptimewhencomparedwithotherexistingtechniques.

  • 简介:Anewnoisereductionmethodbasedonensembleempiricalmodedecomposition(EEMD)isproposedtoimprovethedetectioneffectforfluorescencespectra.Polycyclicaromatichydrocarbons(PAHs)pollutants,asakindofimportantcurrentenvironmentalpollutionsource,arehighlyoncogenic.Usingthefluorescencespectroscopymethod,thePAHspollutantscanbedetected.However,instrumentwillproducenoiseintheexperiment.Weakfluorescentsignalscanbeaffectedbynoise,soweproposeawaytodenoiseandimprovethedetectioneffect.Firstly,weusefluorescencespectrometertodetectPAHstoobtainfluorescencespectra.Subsequently,noisesarereducedbyEEMDalgorithm.Finally,theexperimentresultsshowtheproposedmethodisfeasible.

  • 简介:Duetothedemandofdataprocessingforpolariceradarinourlaboratory,aCurveletThresholdingNeuralNetwork(TNN)noisereductionmethodisproposed,andanewthresholdfunctionwithinfinite-ordercontinuousderivativeisconstructed.ThemethodisbasedonTNNmodel.InthelearningprocessofTNN,thegradientdescentmethodisadoptedtosolvetheadaptiveoptimalthresholdsofdifferentscalesanddirectionsinCurveletdomain,andtoachieveanoptimalmeansquareerrorperformance.Inthispaper,thespecificimplementationstepsarepresented,andthesuperiorityofthismethodisverifiedbysimulation.Finally,theproposedmethodisusedtoprocesstheiceradardataobtainedduringthe28thChineseNationalAntarcticResearchExpeditionintheregionofZhongshanStation,Antarctica.Experimentalresultsshowthattheproposedmethodcanreducethenoiseeffectively,whilepreservingtheedgeoftheicelayers.

  • 简介:Blindidentification-blindequalizationforFiniteImpulseResponse(FIR)MultipleInput-MultipleOutput(MIMO)channelscanbereformulatedastheproblemofblindsourcesseparation.Ithasbeenshownthatblindidentificationviadecorrelatingsub-channelsmethodcouldrecovertheinputsources.TheBlindIdentificationviaDecorrelatingSub-channels(BIDS)algorithmfirstconstructsasetofdecorrelators,whichdecorrelatetheoutputsignalsofsubchannels,andthenestimatesthechannelmatrixusingthetransferfunctionsofthedecorrelatorsandfinallyrecoverstheinputsignalusingtheestimatedchannelmatrix.Inthispaper,anewapproximationoftheinputsourceforFIR-MIMOchannelsbasedonthemaximumlikelihoodsourceseparationmethodisproposed.TheproposedmethodoutperformsBIDSinthepresenceofadditivewhiteGaussiannoise.

  • 简介:InviewofthelimitationsofaRn-GnmodelinthelowfrequencyrangeandthedefectsofanEn-Inmodelincommonusenow,thispaperbuildsacompleteEn-Inmodelaccordingtothetheoryofrandomharmonic.Theparametersforthelow-noisedesignsuchastheequivalentinputnoisyvoltageEns,theoptimumsourceimpedanceZsoptandtheminimumnoisefigureFmincanbecalculatedaccuratelybyusingthisEn-Inmodelbecauseitconsidersthecoherencebetweenthenoisesourcesfully.Moreover,thispaperpointsoutthatitwillcausethemaximum30%miscalculationwhenneglectingtheeffectsofthecorrelationcoefficient7.Usingtheseries-seriescircuitsasanexample,thispaperdiscussesthemethodsfortheEn-InnoiseanalysisofelectroniccircuitspreliminarilyanddemonstratesitscorrectnessthroughthecomparisonbetweenthesimulatedandmeasuredresultsoftheminimumnoisefigureFminofasinglecurrentseriesnegativefeedbackcircuit.

  • 简介:Becauseofthezerodispersionwavelength(ZDWL)randomfluctuations,thegainandnoisefiguresdeteriorateinopticalparametricamplifiersbasedonhighlynonlinearfibers(HNLFs).ThedetrimentalroleofZDWLfluctuationsonthegainandnoiseperformanceindual-pumpfiberopticalparametricamplifiers(FOPAs)ispresented.Numericalinvestigationsofnoisefigure(NF)fordifferentfiberswithrandomfluctuationareanalyzed.Thenoisefiguresfordifferentfibersarevaryingeveniftherandomfluctuationissmall.ThroughchoosingHNLFswithlowZDWLfluctuationandlargenonlinearcoefficient,high-gainandlow-noiseperformancecanbeobtained.
