  • 简介:FractionsofplasmaproteinofmaleKunmingmice(bodyweight24.2±0.3g),treatedwithCisplatini.p.injectionindoseof10mg/kg,wereobtainedbyseparationonSephadex-G-50columns,bufferedwithammoniumacetatetopH5.7,TheXSRFexperimentswereperformedattheBEPC(BeijingElectronPositronCollider)synchrotronradiationfacility.Theelements(Pt,S,Ca,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,Se,BrandSr)inthefractionoftheplasmaproteins(>22KD)wereassayedusinghighlysensitiveSXRF.TherelativeconcentrationsofelementswerecalculatedbyanormalizationofCOmptonscatteringintensityaround22KeV,afterthenormalizationforcollectingtimeofX-rayspectrumandthecountingoftheionchamber,andsubractingthecontributionofthepolycarbonatefilmusedforsupportingthesamples.ThedeterminationcouldprovethattheelementPtinplasmawasboundwithmacro-molecularprotein.CuandSwerepresentinthefractionoftheproteininmicetreatedwithCisplatinandexhibitedanincrease,therationoftreated/controlwere1.66±0.06and1.78±0.33repectively,whereasZndecreasedtoaratioof0.78±0.09,OurresultsareinagreementwithotherswhichshowedthatCisplatinexposureleadstoamarkedlossofkidneycopper,andamoderateriseindidneyzinc.However,thisworkmainlyfocussedontheimplementationofthisanalyticalprocedure,butnotontheresultsoftheinvestigationsoftheeffectofCisplatinontraceelementsinplasmaprotein.

  • 简介:Threenewcatalystsbasedonthesilicagelsupportedpolyetherionicliquids(ILs),i.e.,[HO-PECH-MIM]Cl-Si,[H2N-PECH-MIM]Cl-Si,and[HOOC-PECH-MIM]Cl-Si,wereprepared,andtheirchemicalstructureswerecharacterizedbyinfrared(IR)spectroscopyandnuclearmagneticresonance(NMR)spectroscopy.Thermogravimetricanalyzer(TG),X-raydiffractometer(XRD)andscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)wereusedtoevaluatetheirthermalstability,crystallinestructureandapparentmorphology,respectively.SurfaceareasofthepreparedcatalystswerecalculatedbytheBrunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)method.Thecatalyticreactionforthesynthesisofpropylenecarbonate(PC)usingCO2andpropyleneoxide(PO)inthepresenceofthepreparedcatalystswasstudied.Theinfluencesoftimesofrecyclingandcatalyststructureoncatalyticperformancewerealsoinvestigated.TheexperimentalresultsshowedthatthesilicagelsupportedpolyetherILscatalystssuccessfullypreparedundermildconditioncouldpossesstheadvantagesofhighactivity,excellentthermalstability,goodselectivityandeasyrecycling,whilethephasetransitionoftheliquidpolyetherILscatalystswasalsoachieved.Whenthereactiontemperaturewas90°C,theCO2pressurewas2.0MPaandthedosageofthecatalystwas2.5%,[HOOC-PECH-MIM]Cl-Siwasfoundtohavethebestcatalyticperformanceinthecatalyticprocess,withtheconversionratereaching100%andtheselectivityequatingto98.2%.Theconversionrateandselectivitystillcouldreachmorethan90%evenafterthecatalystwasreusedfor15times.

  • 简介:4-hydroxy-4'-nitroazobenzene(NHA)and4-amino-4'-nitroazobenzene(DO3)werepreparedrespectivelyfromp-nitrophenylamineasaprecursorcompound.Twokindsofdopedorganic/inorganichybridnonlinearoptical(NLO)materialscontainingNHAandDO3weresynthesizedbySol-Gelprocess.ThepreparationandpropertiesoftwoNLOmaterialswerestudiedandcharacterizedbyFTIR,1H-NMR,UV-VIS,SEM,DSCandSHGmeasurements.TheresultsshowthatthemaximumdopingamountsofNHAandDO3intwodopedhybridNLOmaterialsare7.2(wt)%and11.3(wt)%respectively,andthecorrespondingsecond-orderNLOcoefficients(d33values)are2.91×10-8esuand6.14×10-8esu.TwodopedNLOmaterialshaverelativelygoodRTstability,after90daysatRTthed33valuescanmaintainabout85%oftheirinitialvalues,butafter10hat100℃canonlymaintainabout50%oftheirinitialvalues.Inthisreport,thereasonsforhigh-temperatureinstabilityofdopedmaterialswerediscussed,andthepossibleimprovementswerealsosuggested.
