简介：摘要由于社会经济的飞速发展，全球经济一体化进程的逐步加快，现阶段对高素质人才的需求也呈逐年增加趋势。中专毕业生面临的社会压力也将越来越大，由此中升本是中专毕业生的最优选择，就的教育管理工作提出了新的要求。中升本学生作为一个特殊群体，在年龄层次、社会阅历、心理特征等各方面与本科学生存在较显著的差异，这就为其中升本建设提出了新的要求。本文就医学院校护理学专业的中升本教育管理展开论述，以期在发现问题的同时能够提出有效解决问题的方法。
