简介:Inrecentyears,lifecycleassessment(LCA)methodiswidelyusedingreenmanufacturing,energysaving,andemissionreductionofironandsteelproduction.BasedonthecarbonsteelLCAresearchandrelevantstandardsathomeandabroad,theapplicationofLCAinstainlesssteelinBaosteelwasstudied.Throughthestudyofstainlesssteel'sgoalandscope,lifecycleinventory,LCAandinterpretation,knowledgeandexperienceofLCA'sapplicationinstainlesssteelwasobtained.
简介:AseriesofimprovementsinprolongingtheAODrefractorylininglifeinBaosteelareintroducedandanalyzedinthispaper,includingmodificationoftheAODshellshape,adjustmentofthetopslagcomponentsandselectionoftheside-blowingtuyeres.Firstly,thelayoutofside-blowtuyereswasalteredwiththeanglebetweeneachtwotuyeresbeing22.5°insteadoftheoriginal18°,andtheconnectionoftheoutsidesteelshellintheside-blowareawasmodifiedfromtheformerplatformshapewithgreatstressconcentrationintoanewsmoothcircleshape.Secondly,theslagcomponentswerechangedfromtheformerCaO-FeO-SiO2systemtotheCaO-MgO-SiO2system.Besides,thebasicityofthetopslagwaskepthigherthan1.8,andtheMgOcontentintheslagwaskeptwithintherangeof8%-12%.Finally,tuyereswithaninnerdiameter13%smallerthanthatoftheoriginaltuyereswereused.Basedontheseresearchandoptimizationwork,thethermodynamicsandkineticsintheAODrefiningbathhasbeenimprovedmarkedly,andthecampaignoftheAODhasbeenprolongedfrom45heatsatthebeginningofitsstart-uptothecurrent185heats.Meanwhile,theyieldofchromiumalloyandthedecarburizationefficiencyhavealsobeenimproved.
