摘要
WiththehelpofCCDimages,therealizationofhighprecisionpo-sitioningandmeasurementhasbecomethebasicstandardformachinevisionandrealtimephotogrammetrysystems.However,deformationandothersortsofdegradationoccurringduringtransmissionaremajorlimitingfactorsofthepreci-sionattainablewithmostcurrentCCDcamerasandframegrabbers.SoapreciseradiometricandgeometrictransmissionofimagesfromCCDsensortomemoryisafundamentalaspectofCCDcameracalibration.Thegeometriccalibrationsystem,whichusessomeimageprocessingalgorithmsoftheCCDcamerabasedonthere-searchedanddevelopedsystemisdiscussed.Thereliabilityandvalidityarealsodiscussed.TheexperimentalresultsforthecalibrationoftheCCDarraywillbetakenasanimportantqualityindexforCCDevaluation.
