摘要
-ThehydrodynamicforcesonasmoothinclinedcircularcylinderexposedtooscillatingflowwereexperimentallyinvestigatedatReynoldsnumber(Re)intherange40000-200000andKeulegan-Capenternumber(KC)intheintervalfrom5-40.Inthetest,RenumberandKCnumberwerevariedsystematically.Theinertiaforcecoefficient(Cu)andthedragforcecoefficient(CD)inMorisonequationweredeterminedfromthemeasuredloadsandthewaterparticlekinematics.InthisanalysisamodifiedformofMorisonequationwasusedsinceitusesthenormalvelocityandacceleration.Thus,theapplicabilityoftheCrossFlowPrinciplewasassumed.Thisprinciple,simplystated,isasfollows:theforceactinginthedirectionnormaltotheaxisofacylinderplacedatsomeobliqueanglewiththedirectionofflowisexpressedintermsofthenormalcomponentofflowonly,andtheaxialcomponentisdisregarded.Boththetotalin-lineforcecoefficient(CF)andtransverseforce(lift)coefficient(Cf)wereanalyzed
