摘要
Objective:Toestablishananimalmodeloflike-auditoryneuropathyinneonatalrat.MethodsTheani-malswereinjectedwithphenylhydrazinehydrochlorideorsalineat7-dayofage.ABRandDPOAEwereperformedtoassesstheauditoryfunction.Thecochleabasilarmembranestretchedpreparationandcochlearfrozensectionswerepreparedforimmunohistochemicalstainingtoexaminethemorphologicalchangeofhaircellsandspiralganglioncells(SGNs).ResultsAt7-dayagetheABRwaveI,III,V,latenciesandI-III,I-VIWIsintheexperimentalgroupweresignificantlyprolongedcomparedwiththoseinthecontrolgroup.TheABRthresholdswerealsoelevatedintheexperimentalgroup.Wefoundthereisnosignificantdiffer-enceinDPOAEinphenylhydrazinehydrochlorideexposuregroupcomparetocontrolgroup.Thecochlearhaircellsshowednosignsoflossinbothgroup,butthetotalnumberofneurofilamentspositivecellsinSGNsweresignificantlyreducedinthephenylhydrazinetreatedanimals.ConclusionOurstudysuggeststhatphenylhydrazinehydrochloridecanchangetheauditoryfunctionandinduceperipheralnervepathologybytargetedmainlytheSGNsinneonatalrat.
