摘要
Thispaperdealswithacomparativeresearchbetweentwoprocessesofgranulation,namelymini-pelletizedsintering(MPS)andhybridpelletizedsintering(HPS),focusingonaspectssuchastheballingeffect,production,quality,andmineralographyandmetallurgicalperformanceofsinter.Theresultsindicatethatbothmethodscanresultinasatisfyingcapabilityinballingeffectandmetallurgicalperformanceofsinter,qualifiedtomeettheplantproductionrequirements,butwhenthegranulationtimeandgranulatingmoisturearesettoaround6minutesand7.0%respectively,MPSisbetterthanHPS.
