摘要
Inordertoinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenthetraceelementsandthecharacteristicsoftheoysters,weanalyzedthetraceelementspresentinthegermplasmofoystersfromdifferentproducingareasintheJiaozhouBay.Theelementfingerprintswereestablishedtoreflecttheelementalcharacteristicsoftheoysters.Concentrationpatternsoftheelementsweredecipheredbyprinciplecomponentanalysis(PCA)andhierarchicalclusteranalysis(HCA).ThesixregionswerediscriminatedwithaccuracyusingHCAandPCAbasedontheconcentrationof16traceelements.Theelementswereviewedascharacteristicelementsoftheoystersandthefingerprintsoftheseelementscouldbeusedtodistinguishthequalityoftheoysters.
