摘要 TheChinaSocietyforHumanRighsStudiesandtheNationalHumanRightsCenterofUzbekistansignedamemorandumofunderstanding(MOU)overcooperationonhumanrightsonSeptember13,2013.TheMOU,withtheguidanceofajointdeclarationsignedonSeptember9onfurtherdevelopinganddeepeningstrategicpartnershipbetweenthetwocountries,wassignedonthesidelinesoftheSixthBeijingForumonHumanRights.Itisaimedatexchangesofexperienceonissuesconnectedwithprovidingeicientprotectionofhumanrightsandconsideringthesimilarityofactionsimplementedbybothinstitutions.
