TheChineseAnti-JapaneseWarwasabattlebetweenhumanrightsprotectionsandabuses,betweencivilizationandbrutality,andbetweenjusticeandevil.Duringthewar,thehumanrightsofChinesepeoplewerecompletelyviolatedbytheJapaneseaggressors,causinganunprecedentedhumanrightscatastrophe.Atthesametime,Chinesepeoplevigorouslyresistedtheaggressioninordertodefendthenationalsurvivalrightandsafeguardthehumanpeaceagainstwar.Thehistoryofhumanrights’victoryoverhumanrightsabusestellsus:aggressivewarsarethemostseriousviolationsofhumanrights.Wemustprotectpeople’srighttopeaceforeverycountryintheworld.Inordertoavoidviolationsofhumanrightsbywaronceagain,wemustsafeguardtheinternationalpostwarorderandpreventtherevivaloffascism,whoseessencesarecontemptforandtrampleonhumanrights.Thereforewehavetorespectandprotecthumanrightsanddefendboththecollectiverightsofeverynationandtheindividualrightsofeverypersonintheworld.
