摘要 TenfractionatedsamplesofChineselacquerpolysaccharideinaqueous0.1MNaC1solutionwerestudiedbyaqueous-phasegelpermeationchromatography(GPC).Theuniversalcalibration,broadMWDcalibrationandcorrectedcolumndispersionwereadoptedtotheanalysisofGPCchromatogramsofthepolysaccharide.ThemolecularweightsM_w,M_nandpolydispersityindexM_w/M_nobtainedfromGPCareingoodagreementwiththeresultsoflightscatteringandmembraneosmometry.Itisverifiedthattheuniversalcalibrationconceptisapplicabletothelacquerpolysaccharidehavinganumberofsidechains.
