摘要 Separationandpurificationofhumanchorionicgonadotropion(HCG)intheurinesampleofearlypregnantwomenbyD3520resinadsorptionchromatographyisreported.ThecrudeproductobtainedbyDEAE-Cellulose23andDEAE-SephadexA50columnchromatographyshowedahighactivityofHCG.FurtherpurificationofthesamplebygelfiltrationchromatographyonaSephadexG75columngivesafinalpreparationof6000-6500IU/mg.ThepreparationmeetstherequirementsofthepyrogntestinChineseLawofPharmacopeia.
