摘要
SomerecentstudiesindicatedthatGABAergicsystemisinvolvedinmammalianspermacrosomereaction(AR),butdirestevidencepertainingtotheexpressionofgatlinmammalianspermisnotyetdemonstrated.Inthisstudy,weevaluatedthepresenceof67kDaGAT1proteinandmRNAinrattestisbyWesternblottingandreversetranscription-polymerasechainreaction.Meanwhile,immunohistochemicalandimmunofluorescentanalysesalsoidentifiedGAT1proteinontheelongatedspermatidandsperm.Theseresultsindicatedthatrattestisisanovelsiteofgatlexpression.FurtherstudiesshouldbetakentoexploretheroleofGAT1proteinonspermacrosomereaction.
