摘要 SkeletalformofKNbO3crystalsgrowinginLi2B4O7solventwasin-situobservedat900CanditwasfoundthatshallowdepressionstartedtodeveloponthesurfaceofKNbO3crystalswhenthecrystalsizeexceededseveralmicron,typically7micron.BasedonthequantitativecriterionderivedbyChernov,theestimatedcriticalsizeofKNbO3crystalswas1micron,whichwasconsistentwiththeexperimentalmeasurement.Thekineticcoefficients,kcerandkc,,inthecriterionwereexperimentallyobtainedinthediffusive-convectiveanddiffusive-advectiveflowstatesrespectively.
