摘要
Theloadandcorrosioncausedbytheharshmarineenvironmentleadtotheseveredegradationofoffshoreequipmentandtotheircompromisedsecurityandreliability.Inthequantitativeriskanalysis,thefailuremodelsaredifficulttoestablishthroughtraditionalstatisticalmethods.Hence,thecalculationoftheoccurrenceprobabilityofsmallsampleeventsisoftenmetwithgreatuncertainty.Inthisstudy,theBayesianstatisticalmethodisimplementedtoanalyzetheoilandgasleakagesofFPSOinternalturret,whichisatypicalsmallsampleriskbutcouldleadtoseverelosses.Accordingtothecorrespondingfailuremechanism,twoBayesianstatisticalmodelsusingtheWeibulldistributionandlogarithmicnormaldistributionasthepopulationdistributionareestablished,andtheposteriordistributionofthecorrespondingparametersiscalculated.TheoptimalBayesianstatisticalmodelisdeterminedaccordingtotheBayesianinformationcriterionandAkaikecriterion.Onthebasisofthedeterminedoptimalmodel,thecorrespondingreliabilityindexissolvedtoprovidebasicdataforthesubsequentriskassessmentsofFPSOsystems.
