Parameter Test of ROIC for IRFPA Based on Virtual Instrument Technology-中国期刊网

摘要 Thereadoutintegratedcircuit(ROIC)technologyisoneofthecriticaltechnologiesintheresearchofaninfraredfocalplanearray(IRFPA).Basedonthevirtualinstrumenttechnology,asystemforparametertestofROICisdevelopedforIRFPA.Thecomplexprogrammablelogicdevice(CPLD)isappliedintothesystemtoincreaseitsflexibility.Withhighreliabilityandprecision,alongwiththeintegratedsoftwareandhardwareenvironment,thesystemcantestallkindsofROICs.
