摘要 Theparameteridentificationmodeloflargescalechromatographyseparationprocessisproposed.ThephaseequilibriumconstantsandlumpedmasstransfercoefficientsofsugarandreducingsugaradsorptiononD1,D2andD3resinsaswellastheaxialdispersioncoefficientsofthefluidthroughpackedcolumnsaredeterminedbymeansofthepulse-responseexperimenttechniquewithaninertsubstanceasatracerandthechromatographymeasuringtechnique.Theelutioncurvecalculatedfromtheseparametersisgoodagreementwiththeexperimentalelutioncurve.Thesensitivityanalysisoftheseparametersiscarriedout,andtheresultshowsthattheelutioncurvesofchromatographyseparationaremoresensitivetothevariationsofthephaseequilibriumrelationshipthantothevariationoftheaxialdispersionaswellasthelumpedmasstransfercoefficients.
