摘要 SmallangleX-rayscatteringexperimentshavebeenperformedtostudythemicrostructureofmessoporoussilicameterialspreparedbycondensationoftetraethylorthosilicateusingnonionicalkylpolyethyleneoxide(AEO9)andioniccetyltrimethylammoniumbromide(CTAB)surfactantastemplates.Itistheporeswithinthenanometrerangethatproducethemaincattering.ThescatteringofthepuresilicasystemsobeyPorod’slaw.Thismaybebecausethetemplatesproducesomeadditionalscatteringbackgroundandthenmakethescatteringofporesdistorted.TheresultsshowthatthefullremovaloftemplatesfromtheporesofthematerialsbySoxhletextractionisveryeasyforAEO9,butitisdifficultforCTAB.Thepositivedeviationcorrectionisalsoperfromed.
