摘要 Currently,humanrightsgovernanceinGlobalSouthcountriesfacesnon-traditionalhumanrightschallengesinadditiontothetraditionalones.TheviewofhumanrightsgovernancedominatedbyWesternliberalismisalreadyoverstretchedwhenfacingthehumanrightsgovernancedilemmaoftheless-developedcountries.TheproposaltobuildacommunitywithasharedfutureformankindaswellasTheBeltandRoadhavecontributednewChinesewisdomandactionplansforSouth-Southcooperationandglobalgovernancerightsboththeoreticallyandpractically,whichhasimportantsignificanceforeasingthepredicamentofthehumanrightsprotectionintheGlobalSouth.
