摘要
Withtherapiddevelopmentofeconomy,thescaleofcityhasbecomemoreandmorelarge.Meanwhile,thepopulationalsogrowsrapidly.Althoughthestandardoflivingconditionhasbeenimprovedgreatly,industryanddomesticwastenotonlyinfluencethequalityoflifebypollutingtheenvironment,butalsobecomeasignificantobstaclefactorforeconomicdevelopment.wastepowergenerationorwaste-to-energy(WTE)isusingtheheatwhichisfromgarbageincineratortogenerateelectricity.Thismethodcansolvetheproblemofwasteandgeneratethesocialbenefit,butbyusingthepowerontheinternettogeneratetheeconomybenefit.Inthispaper,combinedthemethodofFAHPandTOPSIS,aquotassystemissetuptoevaluatethesocialandeconomicbenefitsoftheWTEprojectinXiamen.SomeadviceisproposedfortheXiamenWTEproject.
