WehavedevelopedacomprehensivesoftwaresuiteforbioinformaticsresearchofcDNAs;itisaimedatrapidcharacterizationofthefeaturesofgenesandtheproteinstheycode.Methodsimplementedincludethedetectionoftranslationinitiationandterminationsignals,statisticalanalysisofcodonusage,comparativestudyofaminoacidcomposition,comparativemodelingofthestructuresofproductproteins,predictionofalternativespliceforms,andmetabolicpathwayreconstruction.ThesoftwarepackageisfreelyavailableundertheGNUGeneralPublicLicenseathttp://www.g-language.org/data/cdna/.
